Perfect location, near to family & centre of Ilkley. The children loved being able to use the garden. Well equiped apartment with plenty of space for us. When we had a question during our stay, it was answered and dealt with quickly.
The only downside we found tricky was the shower controls being outside of the shower unit, but this is minor and I doubt much could be done to change it.

The location, furnishings and decor of the apartment were very good.
The shower was very difficult to use given that the shower controls are outside the shower cubicle. Also the shower tray is very shallow and the shower doesn't drain well. This means that only brief showers are possible to avoid the shower overflowing.
