The rooms were nice and the staff very accommodating.

The hotel was conveniently near transportation and close to my job. I love the buzz at the bar lounge and live entertainment. Staff was awesome.

Room was good, bedding and towels excellent quality. Plenty of hot water.

Not always easy as a resident to get a table for dinner. Limited choice at breakfast for international travellers.

The location of the hotel is great; a short ride away from LGA and close to public transportation. Breakfast was excellent. The views from the room were great and it’s so nice to have an upscale hotel in Harlem.

The design of the rooms is puzzling. There is no closet, just a rack in the area where the coffee maker and sink are. The bathroom design gives you a room with tub and toilet and a weak sliding door situation for a minimal amount of privacy. From there you go into the area where the sink, clothes rack and coffee maker are. This area looks out into the room and there is only a curtain to draw for privacy. There is no refrigerator or microwave.

Everything the staff was wonderful, the room clean and beautiful, the hotel itself was beautiful. We will be back.

Exceptional, personal service throughout my whole stay. Excellent breakfast and drinks with a vibrant vibe. Good fitness center with ready access to the waterfront to run.

Heating was slightly louder than one might prefer, and there was an odd, musty smell to the room at first that dissipated quickly..none of these were big problems but could be improved.

Hotel was mooi, ligging in Harlem, metro dichtbij, goede bedden, wij zaten op ds bovenste verdieping, 27 ste verdieping met uitzicht op Central Park.

Schoonmaak, water standaard op de kamer tijdens verblijf. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Na verzoek van mij werd dat wel gedaan.

The room is nice and modern. We liked the coffee in the room.

The hotel stated that hop on hop off bus tickets are included for one day as well as free bicycles for up to 4 hours and when we got to the hotel none of those were included in our stay even though the booking/hotel stated that it is included. Reception was also not very friendly. Toilet also clogged up and could not flush. Location is far away from everything.

The staff and vibe was truly exceptional (real humans with sparkling personality, not fake friendly) with great restaurant recommendations. Room was cozy and location fabulous...lots going on in the area. Good drinks and grub in the evening with hopping music and wide range of guests. Am headed back next month!

No food served from 4-5 pm when I arrived at 4 and then wouldn't let me bring street food in (but they admitted this was a temporary issue and will have full service all day next time)...so not the end of the world.

Facilities were clean, housekeeping was consistent, beds were comfortable, design was nice and staff was more than incredible and kind and welcoming.

Facilities are clearly a retrofit of an older and outdated building, bathrooms are incredibly wacky and weirdly designed (especially the king room, what is that combination of a quarter door and curtain????), water pressure and temperature for showers were terrible and inconsistent. Restaurant was overpriced especially for the area and lacking in a menu range.

Clean. Nice views. Comfy beds. Spacious (for NY). Downstairs restaurant was nice and food was good. Nice hot shower. Distance to train station. Nice retro theme. Felt secure.

No microwave or fridge in the room.

I live in Harlem. I wanted to try this place because it's new. It was quite a sight to behold upon arrival, a radiant foursome of Rich Aunties awaiting their car before a night on the town. Doug E. Fresh was doing a photo shoot in the lobby. The ambiance of it is hip, fresh, and Harlem. All staff I encountered over the Xmas weekend was stellar. Room service breakfast was great. I ordered the Victoria, I believe. It was braised oxtails over an egg scramble and potatoes. Excellant! My room was changed without hesitation when I walked in and had an issue. Ms. Lambert at check-out was exceptional and has a perfect personality for almost anything, I'm sure. I really WANTED to adore what is supposed to be a win for Harlem, I guess. But I digress. The hotel has potential. I like the vibe. I would return again to dine. It was nice to "getaway" and still be able to do things on my home base.

Check-in is on the 5th floor... a bit annoyed that there is no way to know that. You arrive on the floor of the bustling restaurant and check in off to the side. When I arrived in my room, I was bewildered by the layout. The bathroom configuration has to be the most bazaar things I have seen in a hotel thus far. What in the children's art design contest was this? Room and bathroom are separated by the bathroom mirror. Dassit! Dassit, and that's all. The "door" is on a sliding track. Ok, cool.... but it stops where.... at the bathroom sink. There is literally no form or function, rhyme, or reason for this debacle of a setup. A fumble of sorts. There could not have been a walk through after this build where someone put a check mark next to this fumble. You can literally see someone on the toilet from any angle in the room. Is it jail? Jail, you say. My new room was much better. Full bathroom with the same style door, which swung but had no lock. It's not a deal breaker. Walls are thin. I heard everything in the next room. Obviously, it's was a bevy of soul sisters enjoying their weekend. I did love that for them. It wasn't unbearable once I settled in on my crime show with Tamron Hall.

Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt, super Personal, extrem freundlicher Umgang - wenn ein Hotel, dann werden wir immer wieder kommen!

The room smelled like food when we just got in. Later on found that the toilet seat was not clean and little hair on one towel.

The view was amazing !! A very lovely and nice staff . the room was clean and always taken care of . Service was 10/10
