Every thing was excellent great host went out of her way to help us highly recommended we would stay again great base to explore this beautiful city

Anamrjia was the perfect host and Orka apartments was a great place to stay for my visit. On arrival Anamrjia was warm and welcoming and let me check in a few hours early which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. They provided me with a map and some recommendations along with some short cuts which was super helpful. The apartments are located a short taxi from the old town or the number 6 bus depending how you like to travel. It is also a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Lapad which has many great restaurants and bars and is much less touristy than the old town which I loved. It is also very close to some excellent beach bars which again were not too busy. The apartment is excellent for the price, it has everything you need and a great swimming pool and restaurant within the grounds. The host also provided me with some recommendations of a food festival for my birthday along with saying happy birthday which was very thoughtful.

Excellent location about 1.5 miles from Dubrovnik about 15 minutes on the bus. Bus stop is close. There is a great promenade with restaurants and the waterfront close by. The host is lovely and provided us with a map and an explanation of the area

The view from the room and the staff members were very friendly and helpful! Also great location! On the other side of the harbour we took a boat to continue our trip to Korcula island.

The owners were very friendly, helpful and accessible if needed. Location on the Marina was great and easy to get local bus to Old Town. Good base to walk round Lapad. Pool was lovely

Excellent location and next to a beautiful restaurant. The pool was great and it's a nice quiet place to relax. For the boat trips, day trips, collections etc the location is perfect and there is a great selection of bars, restaurants and even a couple of supermarkets in the area. Be sure to ask the host where the supermarkets are!

There was not much not to like. It was a lovely place and a very nice apartment. The price was quite high but that is to be expected in this area so close to the city and right next to the marina.

Perfect Location looking out onto the Marina. Great pool area. Very quiet. Good sized apartments. Very clean and well maintained. Helpful staff. Great value for money.

Carrying luggage up steep steps to apartments. No pool toilet/wash room. (Only slight issue on check out day, otherwise pool is so close to apartments it did it matter)

First of all the host is really nice and friendly. She welcomes you in a nice way and tells you a lot of good places to go and things to do and also she is always there if you need anything . The rooms are very nice , you have everything you need and it is very clean. The location was great, you have a beatiful harbor right in front of the appartment and you can also just relax at the great pool / whirlpool in the back. It is only a short walk to get to some very nice restaurants (also the Orka restaurants, which belongs to the apartments is very good, you sit on the rooftop and have a great view from there). There are plenty of beaches too, to reach by foot and if you are going to do some boat / cruise tours (which I would recommend) most of them will start in the harbor in front of your appartment , so it's an easy walk. Also the old town is not far away you can reach it by foot in an walk of 30 minutes or with an uber/taxi for an reasonable price. So all in all I can really recommend the place!
