An amazing experience, condo, view, and owner to deal with. All A+++++

Beautiful views from the 18th floor. Clean well maintained unit with everything that is needed including kitchen items, plenty of towels and even beach chairs and Umbrella. Great communication with owner. Would return again in a heartbeat and Highly recommend

Best trip we've had yet! They even sent me a calender invite so that everyone had all the information from the get go. We loved the stainless steel cookware. I could cook breakfast every morning. We loved the twin beds (truly one of the top reasons we picked this place). The kids loved that they had (*gasp*) their OWN TV! They still used Netflix in the living space more. Mommy couldn't figure out the "4 remote combination" in the kid's room. We Loved the blackout curtains that kept the reflection off the TV and made the room nice and intimate at night. The Master bed was incredibly comfortable and whatever that foam top layer was helped us sleep well. The closets were big and hangers were already there waiting for us. The suitcase tripod was especially handy. There were bath towels ready to go when we got there and there was plenty of clothes washing liquid so that we could keep the sand and stuff out of our beach towels and their condo. The new sponge for the kitchen sink was a nice touch and honestly, I felt like it was a respectful gesture. I was really touched they left a new one for us! It was the best beach trip we've ever had. My father-in-law got to visit us at the pool and at the beach most days. He lives locally. Some "need to knows": There is no lock on the master door so if your kids are like mine (7yr old & 5yr old) they could come bursting in anytime. This might be a user error on my part, but we couldn't figure out how to make the water anything but BROILING hot in the showers. It wasn't worth calling poor Kathy late at night. Also, this kept the water pressure extremely low because we couldn't turn the water up very high. Again, I think it is a user error... We never did get Disney+ to work, but I think the app on the TV needs to be deleted and re-downloaded and there was no way I would fiddle with someone's electronics without them knowing, so we just watched Netflix. If I had any recommendations for future guests it would be to bring a throw blanket from home so that you can snuggle with your family on the big overstuffed couch at night. The kids wanted to use the quilts on their beds and we wouldn't let them, so we used beach towels instead. I would love to stay in their HomeAway again. It was truly one of the BEST beach vacations we've ever had.

Can’t think of anything that could have been better. Our first stay at Portofino and it was perfect for our family. The room had a great view and was close to the Activity building. We hope to be back too

Condo was clean, view was wonderful, convenient to pool/clubhouse! We will return.

Condo was waterfront, very clean and spacious. There were only two of us, but there is plenty of room for 4-6 at this condo. The balcony was huge and definitely the centerpiece to the condo. The pictures of the condo on VRBO make it look slightly outdated, however it is actually quite nice and modern when you go inside. The pics don't do it justice. The condo is inside the Portofino, which is one of the nicest resorts in P'cola. I'll deff be booking another trip soon. Thank you Kathy.

Definitely want to keep this condo on my list to stay in again at Portofino!
