This house was perfect for my family! The check in/out process is so easy and it was in a great location!!

The house was brautiful, centrally located, and just what we needed for our son and daughter in law's wedding week.
We had a brief power outage which caused the fire alarms to go off, but the property management service was on it immediately via text, and was able to shut off the alarms promptly via remote access.
We would definately stay again as the house was very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet.
Thanks again for giving us one less thing to worry about during the days leading up to, and after an amazing wedding week.

My best friend and I had a guys weekend in Bend. We were looking for a good place that was easy to get around to Breweries and downtown shops and restaurants...it delivered! The location is fantastic... within a 20min walk of downtown and many places even closer. The place was super comfy and spacious...it felt like a place you could call home. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host was very great at communication. I'd highly recommend this house, and I'm hoping it's available for the next time I come to Bend.

We loved the house and the location. It is a short walk to parks, restaurants and shopping. There are nice views from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is well supplied for your cooking needs. We will definitely come back next time we are in Bend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4 and the fenced yard was a big plus for our dog. The location was excellent, an easy walk to the Newport market, restaurants and downtown. The best part was the patio and beautiful view to enjoy our morning coffee overlooking the west Bend skyline. The owner was very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Bend, close to downtown and nice views. Newer home, very clean and everything in working order (very rare for rentals). The only negative is no tv in bedrooms.

Great property especially if you have a furry one with you. Enclosed backyard and close proximity to dog park and many walking opportunities. Walk down the street to Newport corridor for coffee, food, market - great bakery. And really just a fifteen minute walk to Galveston or town. Nice being up the hill a little for the view and great to have a garage for colder, snowier days. Property is probably best viewed as a 2 bedroom. The third bedroom off the main floor is more of an office but could serve well for kids.

We enjoyed our stay! Jeff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. It is so nice to stay somewhere where you know you are cared about. We cooked a lot during our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Several members of my family said how much it felt like a home, not just a house. Comfy and cozy with the gas fireplace!

Our family of 4 wanted to spend the holiday away in the snow. Bend and this location delivered! Clean, nice house. Great location. We brought our dog too, everything worked out great. Ran in to trouble with the laundry machine but communicated with owner. While it was not repaired during our visit, he explained and apologized for the inconvenience.
The fireplace was very cozy. Driveway is steep and can be slick under ice and snow.
We would definitely rent this home again!

My husband, two teenagers, my mom, and my two dogs (5 yo and 7 month old) stayed for Thanksgiving. Close to a lot. Walking distance to Backporch Coffee and Newport Ave Market (if you don't mind the uphill climb back to the house). And the dogs LOVED the backyard. Great, restful few days. Thank you so much!

We checked in later in the afternoon than we were allowed, I read the instructions thoroughly and made sure we followed each step for the keypad on the door, we all tried the code on the instructions several times and triple checked the sequence in the numbers and the code was incorrect. We tried calling the property owners cell # listed and nobody answered. Tried texting with no answer. Finally over an hour after sitting in the cold waiting for someone to call back or respond my husband tried the key code in a different sequence than what was said on the instructions and got into the house. I just feel like if you have someone renting your home and they’re calling you and texting you, you should at least anticipate someone reaching out while there’s someone occupying your property. If you can’t anticipate that, then you at least need to go through a management company that has an emergency 24 hour #. It’s not like I called for no reason, and we stay in Bend/Sunriver multiple times per year and we’ve never had this problem. Nobody even reached out to apologize that they never got back to us. Complete radio silence. The whole situation was a little frustrating.

It was a very enjoyable stay we had in Bend. Our 2 adult children and a spouse and a dog made up our group. The house was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was completely outfitted (we appreciated the coffee and tea choices). Even though there was a little hiccup while we were there, Jeff was there to be sure we were comfortable, had all we needed, and were well informed with what was going on. And yes, we would stay here again!

We visited over Halloween and greatly enjoyed our stay. We cooked every breakfast and dinner in the well equipped kitchen and our 1yo had plenty of safe room to run around. Five stars!

Great stay and will definitely return! Perfect for our dog with fence private backyard and fun to roam on the hill. Tons of room with everything you need for your stay. Garage was great for the car. Driveway is very steep, plan for that!! We drove two large sedans that are both low clearance, but thankfully have suspension that raises, so we had no problems with bottoming out.
We did a few UberEats and DoorDash deliveries that were very fast. BBQ grill did an amazing job on our steaks from Primal Meats! Morning Coffee and afternoon Cabernet on the front porch with view was the best.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a beautiful, comfortable and clean place. We stayed with our two kids and my parents and the house accommodated is perfectly. It’s in a great location too near walkable restaurants, a grocery store, downtown and more. Thanks again for making our visit in Bend so great.

This is a beautiful property in the West End of Bend. Very convenient to everything and walkable to many restaurants and the fabulous Newport Market. The place itself is quite spacious. Our group was a couple and 2 single guys. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, although only 2 showers. Kitchen was well-stocked and a pleasure to use. Nice view of mountains from both living room and deck in front of living room. Beds and pillows were comfy. Nice towels. Excellent laundry facilities. Host was easy to communicate. No complaints!

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was clean, well furnished and welcoming. The location is great. We appreciated the extra little touches from the detailed check-in instructions, welcome gift, and kitchen stocked with growlers to use. The photos and description on vrbo are accurate. The overall decor and bedding is dated and the TV is pretty small, but we didn't mind. We would stay here again.

This house is comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location to visit many of Bend's "must see" spots. The bedrooms were just-right and the house itself was much nicer than what I saw in the photos. The garage is a plus for storing items or having a secondary entrance. The house had extra linens and was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or hang out. It is definitely on our list of houses to stay in again when we travel without our dogs. We ate at Birdy's cafe (go see the pug wall if you love pugs!), 900 Wall, and Silver Moon Brewing (try their pumpkin ale in a caramel-rimmed pint glass!). We shopped at Newport Market (walking distance) and had coffee at Bon Dia's and the Cafe and Bakery next to Newport. A fantastic 2 night/3 day trip!

We rented this home for our annual trip to Bend, and shared it with family and friends who were in the area for a family wedding. It was perfect for us...spacious so that no one felt crowded, and with a kitchen that was easy for two or more to cook together. It was extremely well-equipped, with staples and spices...all anyone could need. From the time we walked in and saw the welcoming bottle of wine and "Pretzel Perfection," to the time we left, we felt welcomed and at home. Jeff is great to work with...his directions and house manual are complete, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We certainly hope to rent this home again.

Very comfortable home with everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with higher quality items than most rentals we've stayed in. Really appreciated the unique pottery mugs for Backporch French press in the morning! The owner was great to deal with and responded quickly.

Very happy with the house! This is a spacious house that easily accommodated four guys visiting Bend to do some serious mountain biking. The owner was available anytime and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He even left us two full growlers of beer in the refrigerator. The house had everything we needed, and the view from the front deck is awesome! Thanks for everything! FYI... For anyone into mountain biking the McKenzie River Trail is must do!!!

My family came to Bend to celebrate my daughters wedding. The locations was perfect in every way, close to town and coffee shops, and right out the back door of my daughters home. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the house well maintained and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. We will plan to revisit Bend as my daughters family grows. We will book this property again as needed.

Lovely house. Easy to relax there. Many great restaurants nearby. We liked Nancy's...just down the street, opened early, we needed sandwiches and goodies for a day trip to kayak at Elk Lake. We had a great day out at the lake and knew we'd be coming back to the nice house. We did that several times...our home to come home to after seeing volcanoes, Raptor flying show, Crater Lake, Sharc pool and horseback riding at Sunriver, SUPing just down the road on the river.
We BBQ'd, we slept in, we had fun with the Just Dance on the XBox.
The house is very bright and the AC was welcome for the hot days.
The owner was very attentive and left great instructions. We all did not want to leave.

We loved many things about the house. The location is in a really nice part of Bend and we could walk to restaurants (loved Chow the breakfast place), coffee shops and only two blocks from a high quality grocery store. There's lots of light throughout the house and great views everywhere. We loved the tasteful and very functional furnishings and the very well equipped kitchen, perfect for the gourmet cook. The small touches that greeted us (chocolates, a good bottle of wine) made us feel right at home!
