Contact with management was unfortunately required to get into the building and keycoded bedrooms, but they were responsive and helpful when needed. Inside was as advertised. Made full use of kitchen, without complaint. Space ended up being perfect for a total of three couples.

Overall a pretty good stay in nice, quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and beds were comfy. There was a movie room downstairs which was pretty cool to use as well! A few issues: - The listing said there were 4 bathrooms but there were only 3. - We had a group of 8 people but was only given 1 fob for the gate, which was a bit inconvenient because the whole group kept having to coordinate/lineup our arrival times to make sure someone was home to let us in - Communication with the host took a bit of convincing when asking for extra towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Overall it was a good stay but because of the inconvenience at times to accommodate our needs, giving lower stars.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Spacious, quiet, and great communication with the management agency. The place was very safe, loved the gated courtyard. The apartment was generally very clean. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Chicago! thanks

We were in Chicago for one night. Had we been there longer I would have found somewhere else to stay. The beds and pillows are horrible. No one in my group slept. The couch is not even a love seat. No hand soap in the bathrooms, etc …….. Very disappointing!!

I stayed here with 5 other girls for a Chicago bachelorette party. Even though we had fun for the weekend, this place we stayed was not the best. The place seemed filthy with a slight grime as floors and counter seemed sticky. Then each room had marks all over the walls as well as dirt & dust handprints on the window shades. A few of the showers had dirt and grass in them like they have been used. Please note, I was told I was unable to check in earlier that morning due to cleaning happening from prior checkout however their bookings had the whole week prior available and open (checked up until that day we came in town as they communicated they might be able to give us an update of early check if nobody checks in). It did not seem clean after they stated they did. We as well were frustrated that they said someone was staying there the night before even though it was available for us to book instead of blocked off for other bookings like normal. Checking in was odd, there were too many lockboxes on the side street that confused the one we were looking for. Upon calling, they did not help locate the lockbox with our key just stated, did you watch the video? I also received these check in details late the night before. The very last night, while we were hanging out in the family room - we noticed two bulbs of the chandelier were broken with the cover off. Then someone who lived above was running around, while that same broken pieces had glass pieces fall into our food.

This was a fun stay, but it was a bit weird and too much of a hassle. We have a person in our group with a mobility impairment, so be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Even after getting into the unit, each room had a locking keypad on it, not sure why and that was a bit awkward for us. Maybe not for others who want to lock their bedroom. Only one bathroom had a very small amount of toilet paper left on the roll, not enough for 6 people. We told the host about it but nothing was done. The next day, as we were leaving, we took a roll out of the bathroom downstairs at the gym area. We only stayed a night, but if we stayed longer, we might have used the big theater downstairs. Parking is a problem. We had 2 cars, and we did find parking after driving the streets a few times. We parked 2 blocks away though. My wife and I did walk to the corner margarita bar and had a few drinks, although the music was too loud for us. We are in our late 50s and the place catered to younger people. It was also very weird booking this place as it was not direct with VRBO. The day before our VRBO confirmed reservation, I got a message from the host that we were still not confirmed. It freaked me out as I had made the reservation with VRBO a month earlier. I had to complete a form that required I provide a photo of my driver's license and the credit card I booked with. It was a bit much and more than any home I have ever stayed at. I'd suggest for all the hassle, look elsewhere.

This place was very immaculate. I am very appreciative of the supreme cleanliness! Check-in process was very seamless and the host is very communitive and kind. I only stayed for a day but I fell in love with the neighborhood. Not to mention all the amenities that you can enjoy in the unit. Worth every penny! I can’t wait to stay longer.
