We were staying just a few days , but thought the condo was beautiful and well appointed. Great kitchen , very nice bathrooms. The owner was handy and engaged when we asked abut or needed anything... and San Jose is terrific

Hi There, I stayed in Tina's 2 bed 2 bath condo recently with my wife and brother. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a similar group or family. It is perfectly located (close walk to downtown, the beach and resort amenities) safe and quiet. Tina, the owner was also a pleasure to work with and made our trip much easier, with transportation, suggestions, and clear, simple, quick communication. We will absolutely be staying here again when visiting San Jose del Cabo.

Wonderful property in a nice quiet location. The condo had everything we could have wanted, and a bit more. Great location - close enough to restaurants and shopping, but far enough to be quiet. We loved that we didn’t need to hire a car, although if you did, parking was available. The host was gracious and attentive, the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of room. We will definitely be returning!

This lovely condo had everything my girlfriend and I needed for a perfect getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the property again, whether traveling as a couple or a family with my 2 kids. The community was quiet and secure. The security guards and staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was a quick walk down the street, just past a little shopping center with a few nice restaurants and a cafe. The center of San Jose is a pleasant 20 minute walk or a quick Uber ride. We were able to visit the restaurants and beaches of several resorts without the excessive all-inclusive fees! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, and we found reusable bags in the pantry for trips to the nearby grocery stores. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the morning, and the spacious living room gave us an air conditioned retreat when we returned from a day out in the summer sun. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light. The bathrooms were stocked with fresh soaps and towels. The bedrooms were comfortable and had great storage. The master bedroom had a wonderfully light and cozy comforter that I wanted to bring home! Communication with the owner was flawless - she was very responsive and really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We were provided with private airport transportation, recommendations for restaurants and activities, and even some helpful information about local customs. Checking in and out was incredibly simple. Designed tastefully, our family of 4 loved it, felt safe, beds comfy, clean, big living room & great overall location. Complex gated w/security, 2 pools, short walk to town, beach, shops. The kitchen was well stocked, full size fridge, W/D, AC, fans, patio furnished w/screens. The beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, wagon made stay perfect. Tina was a wonderful host, responsive to questions, she made arrival & departure process easy, well organized. Extras like; Wifi, TVs/Netflix, games, bath soaps, bath towels etc. exceeded expectations. Will definitely return.
