Quiet beds comfortable and big room. Continental breakfast available good but need to check the fridge as freezes things put in it overnight. Good that you could get an evening meal which was huge.
Bathroom and toilets need an upgrade. Also was not told that it takes a long tie for hot water to get to bathroom

Location was good, locals good to have a chat to.
Nighttime Security for entry were unprofessional, people skills & deescalation skills non existent.

Very loud, bathrooms old and messy, stairs to bathroom were dangerous and also a lip/small step on the carpet that is not easily seen and was a trip hazard for us

I liked the warm, informal friendliness of the place. Its central location is excellent. Value for money is good because the accommodation, though basic, had all the facilities we expected with a couple of nice surprises. The staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding our requests. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony were great.
One of the men's showers ran for 10 minutes cold before I switched to the other. It worked perfectly straight away. I think someone had exchanged the cold and hot designations on the first shower.
