Hotel simples, porém de excelente localização e sobretudo de serviço espetacular! De gestão familiar, a Equipa é excelente, simpaticíssimos, super prestativos e não mediram esforços para que a experiência de nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível. Café da manhã caseiro muito bom! Acomodações extremamente limpas e equipe de arrumação super educados. Parceria com estacionamento próximo foi de grande valia. Recomendo como excelente custo benefício para se hospedar no centro histórico de Coimbra!

The hotel receptionist answered me excellently and provided a map of the surroundings. The bedroom's bed is really confortable and I had a great night sleep. The area is silent and you can find a square nearby with lots of stores, cafes and services.
Bathroom's curtain bothered me when taking a shower, it got wet and sticky to the body and did not prevent the floor to get wet as well. A glass box would be a lot better.

Location is good and staff is friendly. We got by with a mix of Spanish and English. My room had access to a wonderful patio with beautiful plants. Great place to relax
Hotel furnishings are dated. Room door security is old and feels insubstantial. They've painted everything white and work to modernize what they have.

location is excellent.The staff very friendly and the room was very clean.They were taking care of the room every day
They lock it every night (after 01:00) so you have to ring a bell to open the door for you.It made me uncomfortable because I have to wake the manager to open the door for me.To his honor,he never complained even when I returned at 04:00 but they could just handle me an external door key and the problem would be solved

Amazing location. Close to train station and all the best restaurants and we'll placed to start on the sightseeing circuit. Comfort and clean

You can literally see the train station from the hotel, very convenient! It's also at the centre of the town, it's close to main attractions and amenities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating by providing us storage for our baggage before and after check-in/check-out time.
Beds are firmer than usual, but personally I like it firm. Other than that, everything is just great.

The staff is verry friendly and helpful, they speak English well, nice and clean, bathroom is new, nice little spt to smoke in a quiet street. Restaurants nearby are good.
