The accommodation was wonderfully quiet. Stayed for 5 nights on the top floor with no disturbance whatsoever. It was clean, with a good shower room, comfortable bed and chairs. The kitchen area was fully equipped. Great views of the bay and countryside.
The turret room was cold and poorly decorated, with dirty windows. This was a shame because it would otherwise have been a nice place to sit to admire the view of the bay.
Also be warned that if you have trouble with stairs you wouldn't want to stay on the top floor. The staircase is very steep and narrow.

The location was perfect. A minutes walk to the centre and bus stop. The apartment was comfortable and exactly what I needed for my mini break. Although I only briefly met the owner he was very helpful and apologetic as the path had been dug up and not in use. This had no effect on my stay. This included an apology letter. Very thoughtful.
There was nothing for me not to enjoy..

Lovely location at the top of Robin Hood’s Bay, big, clean and comfortable studio apartment and nice and warm which was a benefit for a cold January stay.

The apartment olivet was all we could have hoped for..the location fantastic.the hosts very helpfull and friendly.

Superb location - next to the main bus stop in the village and the post office/shop. Very spacious apartment. Clear instructions for parking and access.
Extremely clean and good variety of utensils in the kitchen.
The heating was a little tricky to get the hang of (storage heaters), but the portable heater provided helped.

Great location & great value.
We had an inconsiderate family in the room above us who were extremely loud & had no consideration for other guests in the property. However this is no reflection on the accommodation itself which was great.

The Bethany suite is a very spacious, and well equipped apartment, in a very quite location. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Whitby, There are lots of secure parking spaces. The very large flat screen TV. The near new washing machine.
The toilet seat needs to be adjusted to stay in in the correct position. The shower head needs to be adjusted or replaced as it keeps falling out of its holder. The shower stall pan to wall joint needs to have the black mold removed. The heaters and baseboards tops needs dusting. The beds are very firm with very little upper padding. Quilts are a little small for the beds.

The accommodation was all I could ask clean tidy and comfy , close to the bay and a good view .

Was a fantastic stay. We stayed in apartment Olivet and it was all that was needed. Had a great view to sit and have coffee in morning. Apartment was bright and clean. Was close and not to far to walk down into the bay.
Nothing to dislike it was perfect.

Self check in. Parking on site. Was clean and spacious. Quiet. Easy to get to, place with character. Barely saw anyone. Fully equipped kitchen, living and bathroom.
We only got one and a half rolls of toilet paper. No blind in the bathroom wasn’t handy when there were builders on the roof that could see into our room.

not a single issue or complaint and are already considering another stay in the future
We didn't like the window to the hallway it could do with a curtain for privacy or just paint it.

Location was perfect for my needs. The room was very spacious and superbly equipped. Great to have plenty of private parking spaces, particularly given how hard it is to park in Robin Hoods Bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is excellent, the accomodation is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Just perfwct place for a shot break or weekend.

Good location and had a car park.
The room was a bit old fashioned, particularly the chairs and sofa. The elderly would not manage the 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment so something a bit more modern and comfy would of been nice.
