There are beautiful views of the large heated salt water pool and Bay from the lanai. There is one bedroom on the living area level with a king size bed and its own porch and bathroom. The upstairs third floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and a sweeping porch with views of the Bay. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bunk beds, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The lower level has two bedrooms, living room with sleeper sofa and kitchenette. The first bedroom has a king bed and access to the new large bathroom with custom tiled shower and vanity with dual sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares the large lower level bathroom. Doors from the first level living room lead to the patio and caged salt water pool. Attached to the pool is a large tiled hot tub that will comfortably hold 8 people. The top level of the home has an amazing roof top deck, plenty of seating and stunning views.
