Beautiful position on probably the best beach. Large room well appointed. Very helpful staff. Nice deck area to enjoy sundowners. Very quiet. Good air con . Good housekeeping
Our room did not have a balcony. Staff provided chairs so we could sit by the patio doors. Beach towels were not great. The bar area was very cold and would have benefited from a nice outside area.

Villa Kaya is beautiful, as soon as you enter l, you walked down the stairs towards a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Lots of green, birds chirping and sound of the ocean it truly reminded us we are on vacation and in paradise!
The view of our view was stunning . Waking up daily overlooking the ocean just started our day in a wonderful way!
The location is fantastic, it’s a very short distance to the BBC : Mourn Rough beach. Just a bit further, you can also walk to Grand Anase beach. So we don’t have an issue at all this is not beach front. The hotel itself is on the water so you are still close to the water and can enjoy the complimentary breakfast at the property overseeing the sea and mountain before heading out to other beaches just mins away.
We enjoyed both Grand Anase beach and BBC. Though we find BBC is a bit rocky in certain part (small peoples and rocks) so be careful when you get into the water .again it’s just some part of the beach it didn’t take our love for both beaches ! There is plywood bar with a cool vibe with music and many restaurants on Grand Anase.
The hotel itself is new ish so it’s very modern looking and clean. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Mia who is so thoughtful and helpful whenever we have questions or need something l. There is complimentary breakfast which is a great touch. There isn’t any restaurants on site but this gives us opportunity to venture out. It’s a short cap ride or walking distance before dusk. We also enjoyed the Infiniti pool and deck to watch beautiful sunset .
We highly recommend this beautiful property, you will receive such warm welcome and fall in love with this place and island !

English version see below.
The accommodation is close to Morne Rouge Beach (BBC Beach), which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Grenada, but nowhere near as busy as Grand Anse Beach.
It is small and quiet and currently only has 5 apartments, a small pool, a great jetty with loungers and seating, paddle boards and of course access to the turquoise sea.
The staff are all friendly, courteous and always helpful.
The rooms are very well equipped. The only thing that would be a plus would be a clothes horse to dry your swimsuit.
The breakfast is sufficient and varied. But beware, please do not expect a buffet a la 5* hotel. The complex has a different concept. Bread, eggs, sausage, cheese, yogurt, muesli, fresh local fruit, homemade snacks...

The property was 1st class, the warmth of the staff was exemplary, the location was perfect, the amenties were prefct including the clubhouse and pool, the views from every part of the hotel were epic and the access to anywhere from the property was seamless. Anyone that comes to Grenada must spend at least 3 nights here. Fully recommended.
Nothing it was all perfect.

Unique property with all the staff leaving at 3. It’s a nice hybrid of a hotel and private villa.
Our hostess, Mia, was a gem! She was worried about our arrival and even sent a taxi for us. Along with the lady who arranged breakfast they made sure we were well taken care of. The entire staff was very welcoming and when we asked had lots of suggestions for activities and destinations to visit.
There was one day that all our tours got cancelled due to rain and Mia prepared the community room for us ensuring we were all comfortable with warm blankets and snacks! She even gave us recommendations for food and helped us with delivery.
She took care of us and was extremely helpful. Her suggestions were the best and we enjoyed our getaway from hectic work scheduled. Perfect relaxing weekend.
The property itself is very clean and we felt very safe the entire time.

We rented a Villa for 9 days and our stay was just perfect. The property has direct access to the see, the beach is 5min by walking or possible to reach by swimming and the villa was perfectly made with lots of details in european style. The breakfast was allway with fresh fruits and all you need. All in all we felt more like beeing home than in a hotel. The place gives a level of privacy which was outstanding. The Owner craig and his staff made this experience happen. It was the first time on Grenada but definitively if we come back there is no other place to stay.
all was fine and I cant find anything which was not perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Kaya. The fresh breakfasts every morning at the outdoor table, swims in the pool/ off the dock in the ocean, walks to BBC beach, and watching the turtles (and a few sting rays!) every night with a glass of wine - it was really a magical spot. The design is clean and modern, all situated amongst the lush natural greens and blues of the island. We had a few meals at some of the different resorts (Mount Cinnamon, Silversands) and I’m convinced we stayed at the best place on the island.

We arrived for a 9-day stay at Villa Kaya, our room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries provided and all the amenities we needed. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the bed was very comfortable.
But what set this room apart was the view. We felt lucky to have booked the room with a deck overlooking the Sea, it was stunning! I spent every morning enjoying my coffee and watching sea turtles come up.
We couldn't have asked for better hosts - Craig and the staff were excellent!
Overall, I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I can't wait to come back again soon."
