We loved the location, and our private entrance was very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub Hours were not changed after day light savings and we were kicked out of the pool and hot tub, with no lights one hour early do to this problem (sign says opened until 8 pm but by 7 there was no lights and we were asked to leave.). The accommodation for 7 people worked well both bedding and bathrooms, but dinning and eating area is not accommodated for more than 4 people comfortably (there is a small round table that can't serve more than 4). Yet I must say that on the accessories, and comforts of this accommodation they were superb.

Not notified there would be no access lift from carpark. Nor informed of the amount of stairs to access the apartment, made moving luggage difficult and dangerous. Parking bay was wedged between 2 walls. Number not easily visible. We parked in the visitor carpark. Bottom balcony of apartment almost unusable due to amount of plants, furniture etc., we didn’t bother! A lack of information regarding the property overall.
