This place is GORGEOUS!!!! If I could only live here full time……
The condo is impeccable when it comes to decor and cleanliness! Cook books that actually catch my attention are few and far between but they were here along with the most inviting, cozy, homey feeling that I have never felt anywhere else that I have ever stayed.

We stayed here for a quick getaway weekend and had a great time. Wonderful location, beautifully decorated and very enjoyable. Our kids loved the pools, dinner was amazing and the live music was a plus. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at SML. My best friend and I wanted a vacation where we could relax and work on creative projects. The condo was very comfortable and is in a quiet area on the lake. Jason and Rachael were great hosts.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! The amenities where great for relaxing and spending time with family. It had everything we needed- fully stocked condo, pools, pickle ball, golf, and great back porch for drinking coffee!

Our family had a great vacation at this Mariners Landing condo and are looking forward to staying again next year. It has been recently renovated and professionally decorated which sets it apart from other condos in the area. The master bed was very comfortable. We sat out on the screened in porch several times to take in the lake view. It is a short walk or drive to the amenities like pickleball & basketball courts, swimming pool, beach, Starbucks, and restaurants. The condo includes pickleball paddles, a basketball and a set of dominoes which is a nice touch. It felt like our home away from home.

So nice to get away to beautiful SML. The hosts are top notch. So welcoming. Their condo is so cute and the porch for morning coffee is the bomb. Also the master bed is very comfortable.

Quiet area with beautiful views. It was a great vacation with our daughter and son in law with plenty to do,especially for them: pickleball courts, swimming pools, fitness center, paddle boards and nice restaurants on site.

The condo has been beautifully renovated and decorated with taste. The view over the marina and private cove is very peaceful. The 2 outdoor spaces well appointed. We would recommend this to friends and family!

The condo was amazing and VRBO pictures reflected the beauty of the condo accurately. Such a peaceful and relaxing location and the property amenities were extra nice! The hosts were quick to respond when we reached out for our impromptu and last minute plans/request. Definitely would visit Smith Mountain Lake again and rent this condo!

Jason and Rachel have a beautiful house. It is recently renovated and you can tell. They have decorated it extremely tastefully. It was a great experience. They were extremely responsive to all pur inquiries. Would be glad to return to their house at some time.

We are so happy we found this place. Jason and Rachael have done a great job decorating the condo and making sure there is everything you could need while you enjoy your stay. The view from the patio was amazing and a great place for coffee in the morning. We only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it more. Don't hesitate to rent, it's a lovely property and the hosts are amazing. Thanks for sharing your space us.

The condo is beautifully decorated and warm and inviting. Jason and Rachael were great to work with and very helpful. The view is amazing and we enjoyed having our coffee and cocktails on the deck.

We had the best time! The property was BEAUTIFUL!!! The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and checked in on us to make sure we had no issues at the location. They were awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

The renovations and design touches are truly beautiful in this condo. Every detail was well thought out and it was very spacious and clean. This would be great for a family or 2 couples as the bedrooms feel very private and do not share a wall. The location is great and we had lunch at Bruno’s and dinner at the Landing - both right on the property. Check in and out was very smooth and communication with the owners was super easy. We would highly recommend this condo!

We were thrilled overall to be the first guest of Jason and Rachael in their fully renovated property in the lovely Mariners Landing community at SML.
We loved our stay though very short and would rent again anytime we plan to visit SML again.
