We enjoyed our stay here so much! Location was great, & the vibe was awesome! Weather was not our friend during the trip but the fire pit in the backyard was amazing! Communication with the owner was great and all our needs/issues were handled in a timely manner. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The home is even more beautiful than the photos!!!! I was wowed when I walked in. Everyone absolutely loved it! The host was amazing and the house manager was very responsive! I’m truly grateful for the experience!

We spent four nights at the house over Thanksgiving with our two twenty-something kids. Everything at the property was as pictured and described. Great living room for football watching! Also, master shower was so good. We wish we had warmer temps to enjoy the outdoor space, but it sure looked inviting.

One of the main reasons we booked this property was to enjoy hot tube as a group of friends. We were not notified that the hot tub was not working due to the leak, which we learned after we arrived. Property manager came quickly but told us it needs professional technician to come over and repair it. We waited on further news, but nobody contacted us after that. After our stay, when we already departed and expressed our unhappiness about hot tube, the owner told us that it was fixed during our stay (which we didn`t know so we never used it). Also we were 8 adults and the size of beds and rooms (except for the main bedroom) is super small, there was no way we all could sleep there so we ended up ordering a blow up mattress.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very true to the listing photos. Well appointed kitchen with the basics and more. My only criticism there was I wished the coffee mugs were a little larger.
Overall a wonderful spot and we hope to stay again sometime!

This home was gorgeous. Very clean and the property with the trees feels like you are in the canopy. The beds being comfortable is a huge understatement for the master. That bed was luxurious ❤️ There is also a huge tv in that room to enjoy as well. There are touches all over the property like the artwork, color choices and decor in the house that make you smile.
We went with our group of 5 and were very pleased. You are missing out if you don’t try this place. It’s close to shops and restaurants but also removed enough to where you can just enjoy and relax in that gorgeous back yard.

The VBRO property was exceptional. On a personal level, Brittany was very accommodating and helped us secure my husband’s sunglasses after he left them at the property. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

This was perfect for a bachelorette party! The only thing is it’s only able to fit 6-7 people comfortably. The bedrooms, besides the master bedroom were smaller than expected. The host is also quick to respond to questions via messenger during your stay if you need anything.

Place was very nice, The middle bathroom tub was not draining good. My daughter cleaned a gob of hair and a piece of plastic out of the drain and it drained properly. Cleanliness of kitchen could have been better but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We really enjoyed our stay!
This property is very modern and comfortable. The back yard with the pool is very calming, backed on a wooded area. Location is perfect - close to Bee Cave and the lake Travis. We also went couple of times for a little evening walk in the neighborhood and this location is very quiet and safe for kids with low traffic. Communication was also very easy. We highly recommend this place and might be back next year!

Our stay was very cozy!! The beds were all very comfortable. The pool was definitely our favorite spot, but the house was ideal. It’s great for families but would also be great for a group of friends!!!! HEB is less than 10 minutes away! It’s very true to the photos as well!!! I’d definitely go back again!

Nice location not far form Lake Travis and state park entrance. Austin vibes for sure, wasn't sure how the light and fan switches worked. Went right in line with that keep Austin weird vibe. Loved the multiple swings on the property. If your trying to disconnect from the outside world this gives you a bit of that, because there are no TVs in the bedrooms. I would suggest that they provide a notebook of what is what and what is expected when you leave.

Booked this property to spend my birthday with family. Nice place, looks like pics. Beds were comfortable, great aesthetics, spacious. Pool was nice and relaxing, loved the bed swing! Lived the multiaccess to pool area. Brittany was quickly resposive to all needs.
Only cons is there was something going on with the spa/pool, but Brittany called house manager and we were still able to enjoy pool time. Other con there was a sewage odor periodically then permanently in the master bath the last evening. Not sure what was going on with that, we just kept the door closed.
Overall a great and relaxng stay. Definitely would recommend and return.

This was a gathering of family & friends to celebrate my granddaughter’s 15th birthday. The beautiful home & pool were a welcome reprieve from the Texas heat. We all had a great time & the host was a pleasure to work with. We’d definitely go back.

This Modern Austin home was perfect for my son's 30th B-Day! The home's decor is artfully infused with a music vibe and a dash of humor (if you stay, you will understand)! The pool provided a cool respite from the summer heat and was accompanied by an outdoor bed swing, perfect for relaxing day or night. I would stay here again.

I would say the house, property manager and location were Awesome... the property was just like the listing and more... the property manager was awesome and answers all messages and text messages... my family and friends loved the house, pool and overall accommodations of the home... the only minor road bump is the parking, since everyone drives in Texas carpooling if your having a 20 people party... you can get creative and park 6 cars in the driveway and garage if you park bumper to bumper and 3 cars on the front parking areas... I was able to fit 8 cars on the property and use the closed daycare on Debba St as a back up if needed... there is a mule atv that you can use to shuttle people if need be... other than that it is well worth the stay... majority of the stuff you need is there to use unless you require specific stuff for your stay... overall 5 stars of greatness...

This is a pretty home in a nice neighborhood. Lovely place for a girls trip. We did run into some trouble with the alarm as well as the spa part of the pool which was never resolved. The owner was extremely responive. Nice touches everywhere.

We enjoyed time with family celebrating our daughter’s graduation from UT and had an amazing time. The outdoor spaces are so comfortable and serene and this house has everything you need to relax by yourself or spend time with family. The house is better than described and in a great location. The host was amazing and communicates with a quick response.

We rented the house for my husbands birthday and had a few friends come by! The house was amazing! Our host Brittany made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit! The pool, hot tub and fire pit was a hit! Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! We will definitely be back!

House layout, decor, and condition were all perfect. Great style and vibe (the piano was an awesome touch/wish more houses had a guitar or piano for us musician nerds). Patio with pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Communication with Brittany was prompt, professional and exceedingly nice. The experience at the house truly was a big part of our great experience in TX.

My husband and I were looking to book a high end boutique hotel in Austin and were challenged to find one that met all of our needs. So we took to VRBO (which we use when traveling with our sons) and found the PERFECT place that gave us a private, quiet, beautiful experience! If ever in the area again we will re-book!

Just finished a weekend stay at this amazing house, and all I can say is ‘Wow.’ It is modern and beautiful with large windows that allow for breathtaking views of the pool and the nature beyond. Great layout for hosting a party, which is what we did. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the houses nearby are not too close. The host was one of the best parts of the stay - extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t say enough good about this property. If you get the chance, definitely give this place a try!

We had 3 of us for a girls trip. The outdoor pool area was great to hang out at. Great house layout as well. House was clean. Owner was in communication the whole weekend. UTV and paddle boards are a great perk. There are a few quirks to work out because this a new listing but overall recommend.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home over the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The prompt genuine hospitality of the host was awesome. My wife and I stayed here for our mini moon before our actual honey moon and we’ll definitely be back. It was close to Travis Lake and stores in a very nice area and community. This home has a lot to offer and the peaceful nights with the spa was very relaxing. Definitely family friendly or a nice getaway with the spouse.
