It’s a new property and everything was upgraded and it looks great

Breakfast with few options. They charge the credit card I use for reservation (for guarantee) and when I presented the credit card I wanted to use for payment at check in they did not cancel the first day rate they had charged my other credit card.

Breakfast every morning was delicious, and plentiful. I didn't get in the pool, but my granddaughter did, and said it was quite cold. The staff, especially Donte, was very friendly and helpful. We took the free shuttle to the hop on/off trolley every morning, keeping our actual driving to a minimum while there. The attractions were very interesting and fun, even holding a 13 yr old's attention.
There is nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

Located on the North side of St Augustine, found it to be convenient to go in different directions since it fronts on
US 1, and is about a block from Rt 16 which heading west takes you to the large outlet mall and Interstate 95. Quite popular local coffee shop - Dos Coffee is right across the street and a chocolate bakery just a little farther.
While the breakfast selection was rather good, it didn't change in the 5-day stay. Fitness center is quite small with
limited equipment: treadmill, bicycle and weight rack w/ bench. Coffee wasn't to our liking, but Dos Coffee has good coffee and a selection of baked goods and some other snacks.

The hotel was so close to all the action. Made touring St. Augustine a breeze.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean and fresh. Plenty of space.
It’s called the Comfort Inn Historic District but it’s quite a way out from the old town. We walked it but it’s about 2.5 miles.
Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which was disruptive to a restful night.

The woman working the breakfast bar is sweet, friendly, outgoing and helpful. You cannot ask for more than that!
The sausages should be browned and the butter not frozen. Frozen butter is impossible to spread on the waffles and toast. Also a selection of different type of bagels and fresh fruit like strawberries, melons and berries would be great. The mattresses are super comfortable but the pillows are flat and fairly useless. You need better pillows! I suggest my pillow.com

La localisation.
Les chambres n’ont pas été nettoyées même en le demandant à l’accueille. On a réservé pour cinq personnes mais il y avait que trois serviettes. Le petit déjeuner était très décevant et peu varié. Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant non plus. Ils avaient pas l’air de bien connaître les sites et activités touristiques.

It is clean. Location is good. The staff is helpful and polite.
Breakfast is very poor, almost no choices. Service is not organized well. You have to stay in a line for everything. There are a lot of people and a very small room, where you need to pick up the food. The equipment is old. There is the only one toster. Coffee is just brown liquid. No cheese at all. It is a shame to offer such a breakfast to the customers.

Comfort suites St. Augustine Historic District was the perfect place for our large group. All employees were extremely helpful and kind always with a smile. They even helped us arrange a shuttle for 12 people. The hotel was very clean as well with comfortable beds. We will definitely stay there again!

This hotel is new, not sure how new but that's what we were told.We had a king and it was very comfortable, there was a loveseat and desk, small closet,coffee area, mini fridge, plenty of room. Lots of hot water. Need key fob for elevator. Location is on outer area away from attractions. Plenty of restaurants close by and gas stations. Winn Dixie grocery close too.
Fan in bathroom was not that good, water pressure not the best.You have to use your key fob for lights to stay on in room, not sure what that's about. Not walking distance to attractions but quick drive to them.

The sofa bed mattress was wrapped in plastic which is very uncomfortable to sleep in so we did not open the sofa bed, my son slept right on sofa.
