The breakfast arrangement Extremely messy having to collect your breakfast I would prefer a self service normal B&B arrangement

A beautiful house with a great welcome from the owner Augusto. It was convenient for the sea and also to visit Nardo. We only stayed one night but the room opening onto the garden was wonderful for having breakfast. Very relaxing.

We had to switch the minibar/refrigerator off at night as it made a lot of noise. But that really was no big deal/

Many years we have come to Salento for holidays and remote working, but never found this perfect balance of quietness, beauty and comfort. The Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities you might need, from strong WiFi connection to relax areas. Particularly loved the breakfast concept: you order sweet & salty products the day before and on the morning you have your basket ready with them. We loved having private breakfast next to our room, listening to classic music in the background. Location is perfect: 5mins distance from st Caterina Beach, but if you walk 20mins more you reach the outstanding Porto Selvaggio beach. The walk in the natural reserve is so quiet and full with viewpoints. Also appreciated the bike lane by the beach (10+ km) for burning out pasticciotto’s calories ;) Last but most importantly, Augusto and his team have made our stay unforgettable. The care about small details is what makes the difference. Thanks for all the advices, for the company and the enthusiasm. We hope to come back soon. Tip: come to Salento during low season to have a better experience! Ask for wine & food experience, the surroundings of Nardò are just MAGIC!

The grounds are beautiful and lovely to relax in. Bed was comfortable and room newly renovated and very clean. The location was great. A 10 minute walk to a nice seaside town with good restaurants and beaches.

The courtesy of the manager Augusto and the staff was outstanding.... beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and the company of Ermes the dog was really appreciated. We really recommend it

The exterior was quite nice and the area is very nice.

First off - the owner threatened us on WhatsApp after we gave them a low review on Google maps. Quite unsettling as they wrote us that they will visit us personally in our home country and attached a screenshot of my personal details from their booking system... The room was very dated and the bathroom right out dirty. The breakfast was poor and expensive. It's not good value for money, especially after being threatened if you voice your opinion. Please avoid!

The property itself was stunning, an old villa with a beautiful driveway and gorgeous garden. The staff were friendly and the room had everything we needed.

If you are alone or you can live with a completely non soundproof bathroom, where everything taking place in there is heard in the room (the bathroom’s roof is the upper floor’s plank floor), then the place is fine. Nice garden, quiet area, friendly owner, good breakfast (no fresh bread though).
