It was the perfect set up, on one of the nicest golf course, gated community, nice pool, and four different houses for our foursome.

The house was big and nice and exactly as pictured. The owner was very nice and sweet as well but it felt like we were being watched and reviewed the whole time. This house has many cameras outside of the house and inside of the courtyard within the property and it definitely felt like we were always being watched. Because check in was so late (4pm) we went to our event first and checked in to the house after midnight. Before I could even get my bags into the home we were called and told to keep it down! We weren't even loud, in fact we weren't even talking so it felt bizarre. Check out was at 11am, at 11:03 I was walking out with my bags and I got a call asking why I hadn't left. All in all house was fine, but It just didn't feel right with the cameras and calls I got for no real reason.

Needs a tune up. Living room ceiling has leak marks. I tighten up the door handles in garage and garage entry door. just some yard touches.

I love the PGA West and have stayed at other homes as well. It was so convenient for the 6 of us.
It was a last minute trip and both Elvia, the owner and Cyndie, the property manager were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable.
The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! The quiet neighborhood, spectacular views, convenient home set up, all the extra amenities were nearly perfect!
We were all so sad to leave the beautiful home but will definitely be back soon!

Large home which easily fits 3 couples. Location in PGA is excellent just a short distance from clubhouse. Easy, clean and plenty of room! We would rent again. Thank you.

Casa Hermosa is a great property. we had 4 a 4 guy golf trip, and the house was perfect for us. Everything was clean, the pool is nice, the location is great for golfers.

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay! Property was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was ideal. Beautiful pool, spa and fireplace area. We especially liked the outdoor dining area that overlooked the golf course. Eddy was very easy to communicate with and always answered my questions in a prompt manner. Check-in and check-out process was simple and a breeze. We will definitely come back for our next trip as we enjoyed this home very much!

My family and another family, both with teen boys stayed at this house. The house was large and had 2 casitas which works well for groups traveling together. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were at a lacrosse tournament nearby. We did cook one night and the kitchen had everything you could ever need, although the BBQ was brand new and had some heating issues. Close to our tournament and overall a great experience.

This property has a lot to offer, and is as well stocked as any rental property I've stayed to date. Lots of space to hang out and not get in each other's way. The community is really quiet and they are strict about the noise level, which was perfect for our group. The pool and spa heating took a bit to figure out, but once we got past that it worked well. The hosts are quick to respond to any needs or requests. I couldn't give this a 5 star rating due to the fact that it's not a true 4 bedroom property as the listing says. The 4th bedroom is an extension of one of the 3 bedrooms, with no other entrance but through another bedroom. This was a big issue for our group as we had 4 different couples, so we had to resort to using the living room as a 4th bedroom. If the configuration works for your group, then the place is a great option.

A girlfriend and I had a much needed getaway after a very long year home with the kids. We found the perfect place! The home is gorgeous and clean and relaxing.
Elvia is an amazing host who was very responsive and called to make sure we got checked in ok and that everything was to our liking.
