The location was very quite and friendly. We loved our view and have no complaints. The condo is located on a corner so the balcony was very spacious. The condo is very quiet which is what our family enjoyed the most, especially at night. Short walk to the beach and the community pool was very clean. Check-in and check-out was one of the easiest processes. Would recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful time! This was our first trip to Perdido Key and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for me and my family. The condo was beautiful very clean, and the beach was not crowded. We loved watching the blue angels from the balcony, it was a great view! We will definitely come back.

I booked this condo due to its proximity to the mobi mat. The mobi mat does need some maintenance, but that is in no way the responsibility of the owner. We were traveling with a newly handicapped teen. The condo worked well for us. It also had some nice extras we weren’t expecting.

This was very well maintained and had a safe feeling (which helps me a ton because I'm anxious, especially while traveling). The kids had a blast, even though the beach was cold (there was a cold front) because they had a hot tub they could warm up in. It was overall just wonderful.

We went to Perdido Key as a family over fall break. The condo was nice, fully stocked and good location. There was a convenient path to the beach. The community is gated which was nice. We also liked how quiet the area was. It’s not as built up as some beach towns. Marilynn was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was wonderful at this property! The location was amazing. We enjoyed being able to look out from the balcony and check the waves before walking a few short minutes to the beach. The property owners were very friendly and responsive with all communications. Highly recommend this unit!!

Our family really enjoyed the Perdido Key area. The condo was great and we loved the short walk and easy access to the beach. We also loved the fact that the beach was not crowded at all and we found a ton of great shells.

Everything was better than advertised. Our family had a very relaxing vacation. We loved the short walk to the beach. My wife and I took advantage of the view from the balcony every morning. The location was convenient for groceries and restaurants. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants. The Fisherman’s Corner was amazing. We’d love to stay here again for our next beach getaway.

This was our 13th year staying at Grand Caribbean East, and it never disappoints! Love that it’s away from the crowds. Except for the rugs that we had to shake sand out of, the condo was immaculate & we enjoyed the wrap around balcony. The kitchen is fantastic if you want to cook. Looking forward to next year!

Great property for a family vacation. Short walk to the beach. Only issue was the pull out couch bed was broken. Maintenance brought an air mattress to use instead.

LOVED the condo! Best access to the beach with a paved walkway, just needs some lighting. Construction still going on and still some construction equipment there but not much. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed like coffee maker, pizza cutter, and even a crockpot! We will stay here again if we ever go back for sure

We had a lovely stay at the condo. We were not there much during our time in Pensacola. We were also in FL during a cold snap. So we didn’t spend any time on the beach. But it is efficiently supplied and clean! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they were able to accommodate an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

On arrival the elevator was not working and we had to carry our stuff to the 4 th floor. The next day the electric was out in the area for about 3 hours. On Monday the elevator was not working in the morning, but worked the rest of the week. The view to the Guolf was very minimal. The condo was good.

Our stay at the Johnson Beach condo was wonderful! Plenty of room for 4 adults, VERY comfortable beds and invigorating showers. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils of all kinds and plenty of glasses and plates. We did not cook at all; bought all of our food at the Publix across the bridge. Enjoyed the porch very much and the peek-a-boo ocean view. Felt safe and secure there. Small problem with security codes that was corrected with a phone call to the owner. This property was well represented in the VRBO listing. We found it to be just as advertised. The condo was well kept, clean and welcoming. The owner provided detailed and easy to follow directions to the property as well as easy access to the unit, once we arrived. I will recommend this property to family and friends.
The nearby activities are plenty and fun! Some of our highlights were The Blue Angels practice session and Navy Museum, the Lighthouse, Joe Patty's (baked goods,) McGuire's Restaurant had tremendous food and a fun $1.6M atmosphere hanging on the walls and ceilings (had to go there twice because of the hamburgers,) Golf at Lost Key, a Trip to Gulf Shores, Lambert's Restaurant in Foley, AL (Fun and great rolls if you can catch!) and Fairhope, AL.
But the best trip of all was the short walk to the beach where we took long walks, enjoyed a few good books and several sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter said it was the most comfortable bed she had ever slept in. I loved the morning walks to the park. The beach was clean and never crowded.
