We had a great stay! The house looks a pictured. When we arrived it was very clean. I like that all the lights were on which made it welcoming. It was in a great location. 10 minutes away from Massanutten ski resort. Which was the reason for our visit. There were nearby stores like family dollar, 711, food lion, ABC store along with a few restaurants. Even the neighbors were welcoming as they wished us a Merry Christmas and spoke when we saw eachother. I would stay here again next year when we go back to massnutten for Christmas!!

The property was as beautiful as the pictures. All the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The screened in porch was a favorite. The location was great as it was walking distance to a number of flea markets. Nice restaurants within close vicinity. I would stay again because it was so nice and comfortable.

The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood but within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The rooms were well cleaned. The kitchen and washroom equipment was excellent. Good bathroom with nice shower and bath. Good beds. Lots of private garden space to sit and watch the fireflies at night. The location was excellent for exploring Shenandoah national park.

Probably the smoothest check in/ stay/ check out stay I’ve had thus far. Place looked exactly as pictured online. The host was very helpful in recommendations as to where to take my son for his birthday dinner.

This property was absolutely perfect. My family and I stayed for 7 nights, two adults and three kids (ages 6-14). First, the decor and design of the home is beautiful and welcoming. Second, the layout is wonderful for a family. There are three bedrooms, a precious screened porch dining area as well as an indoor dining area, two family rooms (one in the basement with a foosball table!), the kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances, and to top it off the beds are very comfortable. The home is on more than one lot with a picnic area under a lovely magnolia tree as well as a fire pit outside. My kids played outside all the time and we were in walking distance to not only town, but a fantastic park with a walking trail. Note that the house only has 1.5 baths, but that was not a problem for us.
Finally, Bonnie and her team were amazing communicators, going above and beyond to help us in any way possible as well as give recommendations to make our trip better. We will return to this home if at all possible!

Our family of 6 was in the area for a wedding reception and the Lee Avenue home was perfect for our stay (4 grown daughters and ourselves). Home was fresh, immaculately clean and had all the items needed for a weekend stay away from home (coffee including creamer, ice maker, toiletries) furnishings were comfortable and the fire pit looked so inviting, tho time didn’t allow our using. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The house is so close to the Shenandoah national forest. We hiked, saw amazing views, eat lunch in the park, we saw deer 🦌. We visited a Lavender Farm were we pick bouquets of lavender. We visited the Luray Caverns, we ate ice cream at the cutest tea shop in town. The yard was full of Rabbits and beautiful birds. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!!!
