We had a great time during our stay here. The location and the view was great. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

This was our first family vacation with our son. He is a BIG fan of the beach. the location was so convenient for us, as well as all of the accommodations included with this. the staff of the development were nothing but the sweetest people. We will be back for sure!

Perfect spot to stay for first timers to Destin. Nice people and very helpful on what to do. Only problem for me was the remote for living room TV. Couldn't get it to just have cable TV. Should have directions for TV operation. To many remotes to deal with Or I should bring my 8 year old grandson next time. But all in all it will not be a deal breaker. We would go back again for sure. Thanks

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. The host was quick to respond to all questions however was not very helpful in accommodating us with our baby rental items. The staff at the resort was very friendly. Location of the condo was ideal, steps away from the ocean and minutes from numerous restaurants. TV was difficult to use in the living room. There was no dishwasher soap or dish soap provided so we had to go out and buy some. While we were there, there was a boil water advisory which was inconvenient especially with an 8 month old. Overall happy with our stay.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Destin! The views were spectacular and we felt like we were home the moment we walked into the unit! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our host Clark was easy to communicate with and super responsive to all our questions! Don’t look any further for a place to stay! We look forward to visiting again!

Was very clean. Well stocked. Nice kitchen.nice views. Right above pool area! Owner was on it! Very pleasant trip! Had to leave a day early becaus3 friend had to work!

This is an very nice condo on a quiet part of the beach. Three of us were quite comfortable. It was nicer than the pictures. The building has a heated pool, pickleball and tennis courts. There is a nice view of all of them, and of the gulf. from the balcony. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the TV remotes did not work correctly because the batteries needed to be replaced and the Interenet was only working sporadically. This would not have been a serious problem except that it was very cold and we were not able to spend time outside as much as we usually do. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and worked with management to fix the Internet issues. Apparently it was going to take a couple of days. If the Internet is important you may want to check as to whether it has been fixed. Uber is not prevalent in the area so it can be expensive to hire one. Try the Donut Hole for breakfast, only 7 minutes or so away, but go early since there can be long lines to get in. I would stay in this unit again without question.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning on coming back again next year. Perfect location, great staff, comfortable condo & great views!

We enjoyed our visit so much and had absolutely beautiful weather. The view of the ocean was great and enjoyed the courts and shuffle board on the property.

Clean comfortable and well organized. Even had some spices and cooking spray! Living room tv is challenging but everything was great. Definitely recommend!

This lovely condo is in a great location and offers important amenities resulting in a wonderful experience. The view is amazing...white sandy beach along the Emerald Coast. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made our stay even better! The owners were very responsive to any inquiries.

This unit is very nicely done. We had everything we needed to have a nice beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella and toys!! Clark is the best host that we have rented from - you can’t beat this!

We booked this condo last minute. Very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The property has a lot to do for a young family and for a condo, easy access to the beach. We plan on staying again!

This was the best vacation I’ve had to date, I didn’t have to speak with Clark much, as he made the process very easy and things were exactly the way he said they would be, but when I did he was readily available. Amazing property very nice, neat and clean… WE WILL BE BACK

We had a great stay. The condo unit was clean and looks exactly as the pictures depict. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. The resort was nice with easy beach access. Overall I’d recommend staying here and I would book this again.

The condo was excellent! Looks exactly as it’s pictured and in a great location. We’re a family of 5, and the 2 bedroom setup was perfect. Unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Tons of beach gear available for families as well; wagon, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Really great vacation and we’d stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!

The condo was great! VERY clean!! Super cute. Can’t stress enough how great Clark has been! Made our stay that much better. Can’t wait to come back!!

We greatly enjoyed our time there. Very short walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and the property is very clean. The property manager made it very easy for us to check in to the property and checked in to make sure there were no issues. We would definitely stay there again.

Booked for 6 person family in first part of June and place was just as described and very nice. It's located in a gated area so security is not an issue and plenty of parking for oversized vehicles. Plenty of kids around so its very kid friendly. Located just off the main road you can get out for a night on the town or go hit the boardwalk. However, Destin during the summer months is very busy...mimics downtown Disney or downtown Orlando as far as traffic is concerned.. a lot of lights and stop and go traffic so recommend any shopping done early in the morning or taking an early dinner. Property owner is very nice and wants to make sure you have a great time...which is very refreshing. Place is located right on the beach.. just short 20 yard walk out the back of the building to beach. The unit has a nice view over looking pool and beach/ ocean area. Every morning is got up and drank my coffee and watched all the fishing boats get inspected and take off from their group just off the shore line...which was nice. There are beach chairs and umbrella to use at the your leisure or you and rest chairs and umbrella at the beach area in front of the building. Somewhat of a private beach front so not very many people so not like a public access area.. There's laundry facility on every floor 2.50 for wash and 1.75 for dry..coins or card. Also the unit has Xbox 360 along with some sports games to play. Tvs with cable in both bedrooms as well as family room. Complex as full wifi available as well and fairly fast. Overall, Recommend for a beach getaway and get over to the boardwalk for lunch, shopping, and excursions...also some kids entertainment as well.

Day of checkout stated that we had until 10am then the pass code on door lock would not work. Our passcode would not work at 7am when trying to get back into condo to take luggage down to vehicle.

My husband and I along with another couple spent a long, holiday weekend in this condo. Plenty of room for us and condo is updated with beautiful decor. Check-in process was seamless. Easy walk to pool and beach. Great location with nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and plan to visit again!

Contact the owner that we arrived early and that we had things to do but wondered if we could check in any earlier and his response was quick and he worked to get us in a late quick as he could. Very accommodating! Everything was clean and exactly what we ordered. Love love love it! Any questions and he responded quickly. Would highly recommend!

We spent a lot of time in the property because it rained almost our whole stay. It was very good. The only downside was one of the tubs took forever to drain and the pullout couch was very dirty when we got it out. Other than that the place was very well kept and served us well.

Clean property, very convenient location able to listen to the ocean at night with window open.
