It is very clean and has great decoration taste. The owner is a very warm gentleman. The parking and location is great. Great room for the price and the house is newly renovated.
The bed is relatively soft and the room is a little cozy. The neighbor's dog is a little noisy.

Very clean and well organized. Living room and kitchen available. Nice host who was both welcoming and helpful. Price quality ratio excellent. Would book here again.
Thin walls, so depending on the neighbor you have whether that is bothersome or not. No facilities in the room and a shared bathroom, which was not mentioned in the room description on booking.com. But then again the price more than compensated that.

The host was very friendly and dealt with any questions or concerns very quickly. He recommended a lot of fun places when asked about the area! The house and room were very clean; shower and room amenities were also good. They also provide a mini-fridge and microwave for the guest.

I am a Special Operations Photo Journalist. I am also, a technical Director for multiple cameras for college sports so I travel quite a bit. My experience at serenity was first class, and nothing less. The host was very friendly and honest. The house was very nice. The grounds were very well kept and the bedroom was very nice and comfortable. I am hoping to stay there again and bring my team along as it is perfect, when we are in Fresno. Period there was ample parking, and it was very quiet at night and day.
