عدم النظافة عدم وجود غسالة ملابس الغرفة لشخصين تم تحويلها لثلاثة اشخاص ازدحام شديد في غرفة صغيرة جدا احد الاسرة مكسور وصوته مزعج جدا الموكيت غير نظيف لايوجد كوميديان للاسرة لا يوجد مكان للتناول الوجبة لا يوجد كرسي للجلوس غير السرير طول وقتك على سريرك ولايوجد مكان للجلوس على الارض ازعاج الموظفين بالصراخ على بعضهم وعدم توفر مطعم او مقهي او مغسلة او افطار لا يوجد شي مما يضطرك للذهاب للمحلات وشراء مل احتياجاتك بنفسك وموقع الفندق بعيد جدا جدا عن البشر على خط القصيم وتبوك حتى موصل الطلبات يرفض التوصيل لك نظرا لانه بعيد جذا عن البلد وبرامج التوصيل اوبر وكريم لا يرغبون في طلبك ايضا لبعدك عن المدينة كانت رحلة سيئة جدا

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The hotel is quite new so everything is clean and nice. and also the staff is good. nice hotel! choice of several restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Due to road works it takes a long time to get to the haram.

It was clean, staff was good and professional, restaurant/fast food/cafe and petrol station were nearby. Beds were alright, bed sheets were clean.
location is far from haram, limited parking in front of hotel which serves hotel and shops both.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tidy rooms. Good wifi signal. Restaurants and facilities are very near.
Little far from Al Masjid sal Nabawi. Room walls need cleaning. You can hear the noise in corridors from the room. No channels on TV.

Receptionist man 👨 very slow 🐌 also called me asking arrival time by force since if we don't come sure we gonna pay no show we do respect rules, also asked some service like invoice not ready
Very very far suppose to arrange drop to madina mosque 🕌 shuttle and drop bus stand atleat most of the hotel 🏨 do this
