Location was great for access to American University and Georgetown driving. There was a CVS and a Starbucks walking distance (about a mile away), the parking pass was nice to not have to pay separately for parking, having a full fridge and freezer was a plus and the book that provided a list of local restaurant options was very helpful and over all the place was clean.

The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked and there were some issues with the internet TV setting up Netflix.
