Room was great, very spacious, well decorated, equipped, comfortable, good balcony

Location wasn't good, had to walk more than half an hour from the center, uphill making it very difficult, not for people out of shape, or children, elderly, or with locomotion issues. Internet signal was average at best.

Staff were really friendly and approachable.

This hill climb from the centre although this wouldn’t put me off from booking again.

We had two-bedroom apartament, it was very big, nice, with three good ACs and a separate terrace The location is quiet, there is beautiful terrace on the top of building - thats just a gem, with spectecular view over bay The Apart is super close to bodrum beach + Restaurants, bars, but the place is super quiet Swimming pool is available in ilya Apartments 1 The host was friendly & helpful (thank you, Ozan!), you can really feel you are being take care of Overall we had super nice & relaxing stay, i can recommend ilya aparts

The place is on the top of a hill, nothing to do about it, but you shoud really keep that in mind, climbing that hill in heat is a challenge Wi-Fi was sometimes week, but still acceptable

I was upgraded to a two room apartment which was nice. But the main thing that stands out for Ilya is the service. Ozan was very welcoming and helpful! He provided links for where to visit and get necessities if needed. The apartment was nice and clean and the aircon was really cold. You can cook if you want to (but don’t, the city has so much nice food).

This apartment is on a hill so if you walk, be prepared to exercise a bit. I walked back from the city centre in the afternoon and it was still okay but take note if you have a stroller. If you drive, beware of the potholes on the road.

Great people, great service, and very beautiful location. Only thing to mention - is high hills area, so be ready to some power walking 😁

Nice location, excellent views from upper apartments. Quality furnishings and bed was so comfy. Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The managers Tahir and Jennifer, and all other staff were so helpful, polite and welcoming making you feel like family.

Hotel on a hill - probably difficult for someone to get to. But there is chance to lose weight) It wasn't a problem for us.

It is difficult to do a fair and balanced assessment of this property because the description and photographs do not give an entirely correct impression. However it must be said that the apartment is both good, clean and comfortable in every respect and the staff are absolutely helpful and are quick to deal with any enqiry. There is a supermarket and taxi rank just a few minutes away although it starts with is a steep slope right outside the apartment.

There is no information that suggests the location of the property is not really suitable for people who are elderly and/or have mobility problems. My partner and I are both in our 70's and it is uphill all the way from the beach so every single journey we made was by taxi into/from central Bodrum which is flat at beach level. Even when you enter the apartment you have 14 steps to the first floor and another 14 to the second floor which both lack proper handrails all the way up.In the apartment we had a TV that did not work for the entire duration despite people coming into look at it. We ran out of gas for cooking which was promptly remedied. The grill function of the oven just didnt make toast so the Owner readily agreed to provide a brand new toaster and I understand is making them available to other apartments. There was an electric kettle which we did not use because it was in need of serious descaling. There is a limited amount of crockery and cutlery which means you are constantly having to wash up despite having a full-size dishwasher! It lists a swimming pool which was empty of water and when we asked we were told we could use the one at Ilya Apart 1, five minutes' walk away but all this information was not given in the booking description. The overall problem was a lack of Welcome information on arrival; we had to ask for the wifi password, where is the nearest supermarket etc and it would have been useful to have some local information in a Welcome Pack as is normal practice in most places. Nevertheless we enjoyed our holiday and found the apartment very comfortable.

Speaking of views, the hotel's location in the 'Ne harika bir manzara' area truly lives up to its name. The panoramic sights of the Aegean Sea stretching out to Kos Island were absolutely mesmerizing. I found myself captivated by the beauty of the surroundings each and every day. The crown jewel of Ilya Part 2 was undoubtedly the outdoor swimming pool. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on the comfortable loungers by the poolside, this luxurious pool became my sanctuary. The crystal-clear waters and immaculate surroundings created an ambiance of pure tranquility. Another highlight of this remarkable hotel is its proximity to Akkan Beach. A mere 600 meters away, this stunning stretch of sandy shoreline provided me with endless opportunities for relaxation and seaside enjoyment. I found myself enchanted by the sound of the waves and the warm embrace of the sun as I soaked up the coastal beauty. The staff at Ilya Part 2 deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was flawless. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Everything at Ilya Apart was 10 . Big apartments and very clean . Close to center but also very quite . You can reach to center 4 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk. Ozan and Jane was very helpfull during our stay. Definitely recommending this place .

I really loved the apartment, it has an incredible view and its location being very close to the beach is a great advantage. The staff are friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated their attention to cleanliness. Overall, it's a beautiful and comfortable place.

This place was amazing! The bathroom and all appartment was very clean. The terrace on top was just amazing!! Ozan and ilia the staff was so freindly and gave great tips and helped me book trips.. the kitchen also has everything you need..and can not recomend this place enough i extended my stay here and will be back in the summer for sure!!! 5 star rating!
