I did not receive the Door access code until 11:00 Pm the day I was supposed to check in. I informed them that I would land at 5 :00 pm that day From Ft Lauderdale Airport. So I had to make other Hotel accomodations to find a place to be for the duration of my trip.
I'm very mad and lost $ 1100.00. I tried to contact them by mail many times and many days prior to my trip , they never answered as of today.
That's really bad and I'm going to sue both Booking .com and Coral Gable for reimbursement.

I had cockroaches in my room and even a baby snake. Terrifying.
The customer service is horrible. The host have to do better.

The place is dirty, dark and not well maintenance. The photos on the advertisement were misleading. The actual photos are uploaded. I do not recommend this property.
