Very nice quiet neighborhood just a hop skip and a jump from Boston and an easy drive to the cape and provincetown. Very clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely revisit this location.

The rental unit as well as the entire property and the surrounding area are all absolutely gorgeous. Pictures truly do not reflect the full beauty! The unit is very spacious and perfect for a couple or family. Beds were super comfortable, thoughtful touches everywhere you look. We had fun playing board games and ping pong on the evening when it was raining and we had to cut our trip to Boston short.
A quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful park within a walking distance (about 20-25min), views are fantastic...
Communication with the owners was super easy and they made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and recommend this rental for Boston area visitors!

The property was even more welcoming than the photos. The property was just as shown but cannot show the extras like: soft fluffy towels, cozy throw blankets on the couch, coffee, tea, snacks and more!! The views were stunning!! The beach access is wonderful. The hosts were available if we needed anything. I would gladly stay again and recommend this place highly.

We loved staying here for our weeklong family getaway to Boston and New England. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table and private beach access.
As another review mentioned, you do have to go through one bedroom to reach the other, which wasn't an issue for us but might be if people want privacy.
The host was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Quincy. We were close to the train station to access downtown Boston. We also enjoyed the beautiful town of Quincy. Our beds were comfortable and the house was beautiful! We will definitely be back if we visit MA again.

Joseph’s place was an exceptional find for our short stay in Boston. As STR hosts ourselves, we know the importance of the little touches that make a listing truly 5 stars. Joseph thought of everything! My family and I could not have been more pleased to find this spot, and we cannot wait to stay again in the near future during our next trip down to Boston. We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and on the water. Joe was very nice and helpful and talked w us as he was working on his boat in the yard. The only thing I noticed was in order to get to the second bedroom you have to go thru the first bedroom. It worked out tho. Thanks.

This VRBO is an apartment portion of the owners house. It has been completely redone and is beautiful and new. It is clean, fully stocked, quiet, and located in a sweet little neighborhood where neighbors work in their yards and take walks with their furry friends. Local eats are close by and the hosts are responsive and kind. It was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for when we came to Boston to see T Swift to celebrate high school graduation. Highly recommend.

Outstanding place right on the water with beautiful views! Walking on the beach was wonderfully relaxing. There were cute bunnies running all over! The location was very close to Boston and all there is to do there; we were able to attend a Red Sox game, which they won!! Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and we were welcomed with snacks and coffee! The decor reminded me of a magazine layout from better homes and gardens. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning! The host was awesome! We highly recommend this place!

Our stay was very relaxing and it was a beautiful property, right on the water. We were visiting colleges in Boston. Our hosts were very helpful and the beds were super comfy. Highly recommend!
