La propreté

La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur l’annonce. La maison est peu équipée, des luminaires ne fonctionnent pas. Logement prévu normalement pour 5 personnes et il y a uniquement 4 chaises, 4 lits et un lit pliant au rez de chaussée et une toute petite table. La piscine est petite avec peu de transats. Les bâtiments sont mal insonorisés (on entend tous les bruits de l’extérieur). Beaucoup de bruits la nuit (pas de surveillance).

Host was terrible and unpolite

Could have had a bit more cutlery

(Positives) 1. Food delivery service in area was fast. 2. Grocery delivery service in area was fast. 3. Flat screen tv with ability to watch some movies. 4. 14 minute walk to bus line was able to take a bus to Coral Bay beach for 4 euros for a family of three. Bus also goes to the Tomb of the Kings for the same price. 5. Many restaurants nearby

Negative) 1. Dirty stained furniture….I didn’t even want to sit on it (gross) 2. Dirty towels (old supposed to be white but were a dingy grey color) 3. Everything is super old and outdated 4. Wifi is weak and doesn’t work in bedrooms upstairs. 5. Room advertised as sea view but no view of sea. 6. Be careful no one at office when I arrived to check in. Make sure you have mobile data so that your fe able to call the office. 7. Did not have a clean new feel to it. Felt old, put dated, and needed a deep clean to smell and look fresh. 8. When you first pull in, if feels like you’ve arrived at a 3 star facility. 9. One unit had several couches outside on the siting area (reminder me of a trailer park situation) such an eye sore and not a hood first impression. 10. Dirty ring around the pool area is concerning 11. Grocery store is not in walking distance…you must have a car. 12. All appliances are outdated…I put my laundry load on 30 minutes and the cycle ran for hours. Fridge temp a bit sketchy, I kept my things in the freezer for a while. 13. No Netflix 14. Water leaks from shower 15. A/C stopped working in one of the bedrooms 16. Cockroaches

Beautiful garden and apartment. It was cosy and really nice.

very clean and spacious villa, great view of the sea and a great location if you have a car. also very family friendly

the pool isn’t heated and was too cold to swim in (this was in March though) I’m sure this isn’t a problem during the summer months
