We had a really nice time at the Garland Charmer and the little things the owners did made it extra nice. For starters, we were greeted by some tasteful and cheery Christmas decorations, both outside and inside. You also notice the A+ cleanliness as soon as you walk in the house. Not only new towels, but lots of them! Plenty of pillows so you could choose the kind you like. A nice kitchen, well stocked.
For us, the mark of a truly good host is when something goes wrong they are quick to respond and if they can't immediately fix it, they make it right. Chris and Mike did just that.
Garland Charmer is located in an urban setting on a busy street so if you're sensitive to street noise, bring ear plugs. But the positives you get with an urban setting is easy walking distance to some great restaurants (to name just 2 of the many, we liked Little Noodle, and Milk Bottle) and fun shops (Check out Giant Nerd Bookstore, and the thrift shops!).
And our two little pups liked the fully fenced backyard at Garland Charmer!

The home was very clean and in a convenient location. I was glad there was a driveway as the street is a bit narrow for parking. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful stay. The home was a great fit for us, and had plenty of space for us to chill together.
We visited so many shops and dining options in the neighborhood. All within walking distance, and everyone was kind & welcoming.
This place will be saved as a favorite for future visits to Spokane.

Super clean, very modern updated house, comfortable beds, dream kitchen, well stocked kitchen & baths, super size flat screen TVs, Roku & Netflix, beautiful deck, fenced back yard, fire pit & BBQ. Super secure w/cameras & keyless door locks. We will rent this house again in the near future. Owners respond quickly to any questions & helpful. Great location.

The house was exactly as described and was central to the courses we played and was only a 40 minute drive to the resort courses. Will definitely stay here again when back in Spokane.

My daughter’s family and I spent three days in Spokane. We enjoyed the sights as well as our stay. The home is very comfortable and exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the deck out back and had several meals out there. The children, ages 6 months and 3 years old, loved the yard. We definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

Loved this home, all the pictures are spot on. Beds very comfortable and freestanding in all bedrooms. Very happy with all amenities, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Appliances well stocked it kitchen. Felt very safe and loved the area.

The house was clean with the photos realistic. However, the location on an arterial was not most conducive to have quiet time at night. During the day it could also be noisy on the covered deck from the traffic, but overall it was an enjoyable part of the home. Had a great time. House was well set up and clean.

We live in the Garland neighborhood and rented this place for our family to stay at while celebrating a 2023 graduation. It's in a perfect location to enjoy the Garland district and the covered patio in the back yard is a great place to hang out--it feels like an extension of the neighborhood. It's on a relatively busy arterial so there is a bit of street noise, but none of the guests thought it was a problem.
There is really nice big kitchen if you like to prepare your own food, lots of different places to hang out or get away from the festivities and relax, as well as plenty of clean linens! The house on a whole was very tidy and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that the listing mention that one of the bedrooms is in the basement and requires stairs, which could pose an accessibility issue for some guests.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and would recommend.

Travelled with friends and found this super comfy place where each of us had our own space and no waiting on bathrooms!! Also gotta love a place that provides a great shower!! 😊 The shower pressure was perfection! Overall great place and quick to downtown. The road right next to the house is heavily travelled for a neighborhood road but didn't bother us at all. Park nearby for our early morning walk and nice neighbors.
