We had the best 10 days we have had in a long time. Steve Gillooly was the best to rent from and he made everything easy. The bungalow was perfect for us, was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. With the pool right there outside our front door added to making our stay perfect.The very short walk to the beach was great and staying right in the circle made everything an easy walk. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Overall, one of our best experiences at the beach. Steve Gillooly made renting so easy and we will return.

I only had a few days to find a spot near the beach and this place nailed it! It's a really nice bungalow style house in a group of 7 others around an inground pool. It was perfect for my 18 month old son as he is very active. They even had some toys available. We drove from NJ so being able to access the property with a simple code made the stay very pleasant. If we ever visit Atlantic Beach again, we know where to stay!

The house is in a small community of similar homes with a pool in the center. Good parking and access to the beach and restaurants. The only issue was that we could not enter when we arrived for an hour and a half as the key code did not work and that was because the HVAC system was down from the night before and the coach changed. Steve handled matters and installed window AC units and we still had a nice time.

We have stayed in several locations from Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle. This was by far our favorite. The bungalow was perfect for our family of 4. Having all of the essentials in the home was great. Linen, dishes, coffee maker as well as your main cleaning products. The location was perfect ti the beach. We were nervous about how crowded the beach would be because of it being public access but it wasn’t bad at all. Lots of restaurants close by and the grocery store was only a 5 minute drive. Will definitely be back!

Can walk to the beach due to close to the bungalow and to local resturant. Glider chairs on front porch make it nice to read a book under cover. Steve the owmer is great to work with. The bungalow is beautiful and well stocked for all your needs.

My husband and our 2 girls and my Mom stayed at this cute Bungalow!!! It was very clean and decorated so cute!! Wonderful walking distance to restaurants and shops! We had a great time and can’t wait to return for another getaway!!

The property here was well kept, and the appliances were perfect. The location was great as beach access was easy, and my sons like the nearby shopping and the Tackle Box Tavern which was close by. We had a really good time.

We stayed for a mother/daughter weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday with her two friends and their moms. The girls loved the pool, as well as being so close to everything that they could explore on their own. Cottage was well stocked, clean and well decorated. The girls loved having the loft to themselves while the moms relaxed by the pool. There were also some great restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend it.

Clean, well appointed place to stay. The loft area appears much larger in the listing pics, but other than that everything else was as expected. Towels were in the dryer, not quite dry, that I finished and folded, not a major deal, just something that wasn't expected. No problems with anything not working or being less than acceptable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had the opportunity the meet the owner and that was also a plus. Prior to our arrival, he made sure that the bungalow was well stocked with the necessary amenities and much more that we did not expect!

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. The location was perfect. We could watch the waves from the front porch. The house was very clean and well decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and helpful.

The bungalow is right across from the beach. It is recently redecorated and is very nice. Perfect size for our family of three with additional space. The house is also within walking distance to several restaurants. I would definitely go back!

Loved the home and the location....short walk to beach, shopping, dining. All kinds of things to do within a 15-20 minute drive. Will visit the area again and stay here if available.

The house was exceptional. It is a brand new house. Most of the bedding and linen were literally still in brand new packaging. It is a beautiful house, rooms were large, airy and lighted. The utensils were plentiful, new and of really high quality. They even stocked the kitchen with coffee, sugars, creamer, spices, and everything we could think of. We could not have asked for any better accommodation.
Steve was excellent. He responded to my email queries and requests promptly, and I emailed him a lot, every day. We found out that the day we were checking out would have excellent weather, so we requested to extend our stay. Steve immediately extended our reservation.
We were so happy that we booked the same house for another vacation in next August. We are coming back.
