Great access to the beach. Spacious house with multiple sleeping options. Totally set up for kids to stay - few breakables and numerous plates/cups for children to use.

This was the perfect location to get together for my daughter’s special bridesmaid weekend. There was plenty of room, and everything felt very spacious for the 12 of us. The kitchen and 3 full bathrooms were well equipped. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, not to mention numerous restaurants including Crabby Bills.. We would love to stay here again!

When we got there the owner of the property had a brand new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the living room. The dishwasher was not working at the property and the owner said that was not a priority, and that it was not even hooked up for the last two guest. We had to wash all the dishes by hand or the entire trip. The unit was filthy, you could not walk on the floor without your shoes. I have socks that are black from the filth. We stay at a vacation rental twice a year at Indian rocks Beach. We will never stay at this location again it was disgusting.

The guest house is a converted garage. It smells like a coastal, FL garage and had a musty/mold odor. It was too strong for us to stay there. We all slept in the main house. There were 7 of us and it was just the right amount of space for us to stay in the main house. If I go back in the future, I would only rent the main house. This location is perfection! It's close to many restaurants, bars, snack, and coffee shops. The beach is so close and not crowded. Watch for red light runners when crossing the street. There is a closet in the garage full of beach items like chairs, wagon and cart, toys, and coolers. This closet needs cleaned out and reorganized with shelving. Many of the items need thrown away bc they are rusted through or broken. Our week started out cold and got warmer, so we know the heat and AC both work well. The AC will not go lower than 70 degrees per the host. I loved the starts of TP, napkins, paper towels, hand and dish soap, and laundry soap. The showers had refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sheets were very soft. The beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable. I struggled to find a pillow that was not lumpy. We didn't have a working dishwasher while we stayed there. The new one sat boxed in the foyer all week but it was never installed. The kitchen has a ton of tools, gadgets, knives, and cookware. A DVD player would be nice in the family room. We walked every day and in the evenings too. We felt very safe in the area, and there is plenty of police presence.

It was perfect for our family. Loved the house and the extra space where our granddaughter could sleep without being disturbed. Very close to the beach.

We came to IRB for a girls' trip. There were four of us. This property can accommodate a lot of people, but we wanted our own rooms, so it was great to have four bedrooms (that includes the back-building). The main living area and kitchen is gorgeous! We didn't do any cooking, but if we'd wanted to, the pantry was well stocked with basics! I love that they left coffee from previous tenants so we didn't have to buy coffee for our stay. The coffeemaker is NOT a Keurig -- I thought I'd mention that so you don't have to search the pictures like we did. -Beach towels (this is a huge deal to people who fly into town and have limited space in luggage) -Smart TVs in every room -Proximity to beach (less than 5 min walk) -Proximity to restaurants and shops -- we walked almost the entire time. We only used an Uber once. We went to at least seven bars/restaurants and walked to all of them. CVS is a 5 min walk. There were at least four places that had live music. -Very quiet. It's tucked back from the road so it was very quiet there at night. (But it's very easy to miss the road! Every Uber we used [we had Ubers to go to and from airport] missed the entrance lol) -Kitchen is perfect for groups to gather. Lots of seating and it's super open with an island. -All doors have keypads. When you're in a group, it's nice for everyone to have access to get in. -Beach supplies were plentiful. We didn't use everything but I remember there being: chairs, a wagon, mats, boogie boards, umbrellas, pails/toys, noodles, two coolers -There were multiple box fans provided which was good because a few of us like to sleep in a cold house. Either the AC was locked, or we couldn't figure it out, so it was between 73-75 our whole stay. -Broom and small vacuum were accessible which is great because of all the sand you inevitably carry in with you -Large washer and dryer (bring your own hangers if you need to air dry items. There were only a couple on premises.) -We did not have a vehicle, but it looked like there was room for at least three cars We would definitely stay at this house again if it was available!

We had the most wonderful time in Indian Rocks. The location of this place was perfect! And we are all planning on going back again! The house was amazing! The only problem we had was the smoke alarm kicked on every time we used the toaster or oven but that wasn’t a huge deal breaker. Loved this rental!!

Was a great stay and we had everything that we needed. Very nice short walk to the beach, we would love to stay here again in the future

The hosts are so nice. The house is located steps away from the beach. It is beautiful, spacious, and clean. It wasn’t crowded on the beach and felt very secluded. Such an amazing experience. I will definitely book again for my next visit. Thank you so much for having us. Karen

Had a great time with my wife, our three teenagers, and two of their friends for a long weekend. Place was nice as advertised, short walk across the street to the beach. We hit Busch Gardens, Clearwater, Water Park Across the Street by Jimmy Iguanas, and a few restaurants and bars along the way. Pretty responsive owners, plenty of space for everyone. I'd recommend this place. Our only complaint is that our flight was canceled...but the owners did offer to extend our stay.

We LOVED the location of this house! Right across the street from the main beach entrance with restaurants and ice cream within walking distance! The shed was full of useful beach extras which was helpful! House was stocked with anything you could need...towels, dishes, pans, spices, etc. No refrigerated extras though so you need to buy ketchup, mayo, butter, etc. if you cook or make sandwiches. Owner was super fast to reply if you email. Doors are all locked with code. Nice spacious back yard and driveway. Overall, wonderful!

My family and I were blown away at how close we were to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. The house had plenty of space for all of us, and the backyard was the perfect size for our kiddos to run around. If we return to Indian Rocks, we absolutely will look up this property first.

This house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of space to stretch out. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach and places to eat. The kitchen was well-equipped. We also loved the beach chairs, towels, toys that were in the shed. We would definitely stay here again. A perfect spot for a family getaway - our 19-year old appreciated having his own space in the guest house.

We return to Indian Rocks each summer to enjoy our family gathering, i.e. grandparents, parents, teens, children, aunts, uncles, all comfortably housed in this adorable vacation home. There are beds for all, seating and dining for all, tv’s for all and one of my favorites, plenty of space for parking. The home and cottage offer complete privacy but still within walking distance of everything that is important to us! We walked a couple of blocks to : the local Mexican restaurant, the local seafood restaurant, pizza restaurant, 100 flavors ice cream, Splash Harbour Splash Park, THE BEACH, but we do drive to the pristine Clearwater Pool ( nominal fee for entry). Of course, we did love eating at home with our steaks on the grill and homemade blueberry cobbler. We now have another album of memories, memories, memories!! See you next year!

Property is very nicely decorated, with 3 BR and 2 baths in the main house and a wonderful "mother-in-law" cottage behind the house with another BR and bath. Everything was very close; after arriving, we pretty much just parked the car. The beach, stores, and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. Looking forward to next year already.

We normally go to Myrtle Beach but wanted a change this year and we're so glad we did. We are already talking about booking this property next year if it's still available. It's just a short walk to the beach. In a great neighborhood with plenty of places to shop and eat. And lots of things to do nearby if you're wanting to do something besides go to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The only suggestions would be that the house needs more towels and bedding/blankets. Other than that, it was exactly as described on the website. I highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay here. The cottage was clean, very bright and airy with a lot of space. It was on a private road so very quiet. Just across the road to the beach, and ice cream parlor that our grandchildren visited EVERY evening!!!! Beach equipment was supplied, beach towels, chairs etc. The in-law-cottage was comfy, although it did smell a little musty. Maybe a small set of drawers could be put in the large closet. Lots of hanging space but no drawers, so we were living out of our suitcases for a week. This is not a criticism, just a thought. We would definitely stay there again. Darcy was super responsive, every time I reached out to her she promptly replied. We would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and new house, close to everything including the beach.

I’ve stayed in many rental properties, but this home really outdid my expectations! Super close to the beach- very spacious- and equipped with everything you might need. Great property and owner!

Home was clean and welcoming! A great fit for our family of 8. Even though it was a busy time (Spring breakers), I like that it was set back among some lovely trees and didn't feel congested on the street it's located on. It really is a short walk to the beach (through 1 traffic light) and also a short walk from shops. Owners leave the beach wagon full of "beachy toys" available to guests, which was awesome.

We had a wonderful time at your Indian Rocks home. We did not use the beach bikes or the grill but appreciated the amenities. Your home was presented super clean. I would suggest a bar or two of hanging hooks in the master bedroom as there are in the living room as the master suite closet is reserved for the owners. We appreciated the quality of the washer and dryer. We highly recommend this property.

This was a wonderful home rental for a week long stay at IRB. We have never done vrbo or a rental site before so we were pleasantly surprised how well everything went. Darcy was very quick to respond to my many questions! Lots of sleeping arrangements that fit our families and kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (including spices). There was even candles in a drawer (which we forgot for the 1yr olds birthday!). The back yard was spacious and locked from the outside so the littles could play back there and not get out. Shed had a beach wagon and lots of toys and chairs for us to use. There was also beach towels and a pack n play. This is a very short walk to the beach. IRB is a family friendly area. We had a wonderful time here and hope to come back again soon. The only couple things we wished were at the property was a clothesline out back and hooks inside the house for hanging beach towels, swimsuits, etc. overall, we would highly recommend this property!
