It was very nice quiet and clean. I felt like I was at home.

The apartment is very pretty and spacious with nice furniture. Very comfortable stay and parking right in font of our door. When you book the place you get a text message without warning from an unknown number asking you to fill in a form with your info and credit card and you can't tell if it's spam or not. Very confusing as expedia doesn't warn you about it. There were two days that there was maintenance done in the property without any warning. We had to walk around people painting the stairs. Another day we got a message that the door of the apartment we were staying was going to be painted and we had to be careful. Other than that stay was smooth and pleasant.

Great community really presentation nice kitchen leaving room great looking including the bathroom really nice and quiet areas and clean by providing enough essential specially bath items towels The AC run really cool and nice . I only have issues with the bed as we walks in 11/18/23 it’s was present really nice at first until the next days as I brought my bedsheets as I’ve been told when I get ready to change that when we realize the bed did not clean cleaned well cause hair were all over & under the sheets and air dust came in from the A/C but my husband and I were able to get most removed as we changed our sheets but we had fun

Pros: The property and room were very clean. Bed was comfy. Communication was great but too many text messages. This maybe due to no front desk to speak with at the property. Cons: Maintenance worker pressure cleaning sidewalk in front of room door early in the morning leaving a puddle of water to step in. There's no way to sleep in on vacation through that noise with no notice or warning. Other than that, will recommend for couples and families for a safe and clean space to sleep. There is no pool or anything for the children to do. There was a little space in the back of the building that offered a grill and a place to sit.

I really like the ideal of it being near a lot of eateries and not far from Federal highway which is a major streer. Only thing I would suggest a new mattress because the one there sinks in the middle so you have to sleep on edge.. over than that I enjoyed my stay!

We went to the grocery store that’s all we needed to have snacks and food since everything is provided to make you feel at home with refrigerator electric stove dishwasher microwave and coffee maker ready and available, though we had a couple of night out to visit good restaurant in the area it was such a pleasant time while we stayed for our short week vacation at Coco Palms Apartments By Lowkl. Shower didn’t work well, low pressure. Internet/WiFi is in and out on property. Other then that a comfortable stay.
