Perfect location! We used this home as our base to explore Bryce Canyon. An added bonus was being just 10 minutes from Kodachrome Basin state park.
No complaints. I thought there would be an issue with only one air conditioner for the entire home, but it did a great job and we were very comfortable throughout the stay (August).

This an excellent location for a visit to Bryce Canon, about a 20 minute drive through beautiful countryside to the park gate. The house is comfortable with large pleasant rooms and three nicely appointed and bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry available free of charge. Tropic, a nearby town, offers a well stocked food market and has several restaurants. One I enjoyed, Showdowns, had a rustic theme, good food and reasonable prices with a bonus of live music! This home is an excellent value for up to 3 couples, or a family. Regrettably, I stayed there alone, but the extra cost was well offset by the comfort and convenience. I'd stay there again!
