Being right of the beachfront was beautiful the rooms were spacious and the hosts Dee and Charles were so welcoming and sweet. The pool was the highlight

It really needs a bar and restaurant at the property you are pretty isolated even though there is some basic restaurants across the road we really wanted to have a few cocktails by the pool. The drive to the airport is about two hours so factor that into your travel time. The bed was hard but ok but the sofa bed was terrible so much so you could feel the rails through the very thin mattress.

Love the Pool, the beach the ocean breeze with sound of waves on the reef and the scenery was just beautiful.....was just amazingly beautiful. The Owner and staff were just amazing Definitely coming back 💯

To be honest - it was to far from everything. There is a gasstation across the street with some pizza and chicken place but if you want good restaurants the drive is 30 min. Then the area is around the Outriggere hotel with great places is recommended.

The hosts could not do enough for you at the property. As it is new, there were a few things missing but they immediately addressed this. Heaps of pool toys for the kids, great air con, comfortable beds, an epic bbq area with a projector and karaoke machine.

Scheduled to get satellite TV installed but not there yet. However could screen Netflix etc so all good.

Very easy to reach, right off the main highway. Very kind and responsive hosts The place has a very open, light and relaxed feel. Rooms are good sized and clean. So is the bathroom. A wifi router was provided so we had good strong wifi there. There is a clean common kitchen and eating area with a microwave, toaster, rice maker, small grill, electric frier etc but no stovetop. Plenty of utensils. The pool was mid sized and clean. A working barbeque which we used. Right on the beach and free access to a kayak and a paddle board. The hosts took great pains to see that we were comfortable

The TV is all Chinese. Actually no problem, we listened to some great Chinese music. The hosts speak very little English but we could communicate very well using phone translators.

Property is well maintained although it’s new the receptionist was good at her job and made everything easier .

Charlie and his family that look after the property made our stay waaaay worth it. The property itself and the location is amazing.

Few flaws like the shower didn't have a door so it was messy.

The location, right by the reef. The deck was also very cosy, with a wonderful tree providing just the perfect shade. Sunny, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely go back. I really liked the large pool for lap swimming in the morning.

* This is hotel that is in the final stages of being constructed. Basically the internal elements are all fine, the pool is nice but the landscaping is still in the process of being finished. This is why there is so few online reviews. They had only been open to guests for 4 months prior to us staying there. * The value was superb * The pool was clean and inviting * The rooms were clean * The rooms were large with comfortable bathroom and a lovely seating area which overlooked both the pool and the beach. * There was free secure parking on site * Opposite the hotel was a central hub which contained a gas station, 2 supermarkets and about 3 restaurants. This provides the potential for people to self cater if they wish. * A fully functional kitchen was located inside the hotel * A decent fitness room was located inside the hotel. * The owner met us to give us the keys. She was friendly. * Air conditioning worked well * Hot water worked well

* The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. * The hotel is still not fully completed. There was some construction work going on while we were there. It looks like the main thing they are working on currently is the landscaping.

We stayed here for 18 nights and loved every minute. Charlie, Dee and Sunny were amazing. They looked after us so well and made us feel so at home. The location is exceptional and we felt like the we had the place all to ourselves for most of the trip. We will definitely be back. A huge thank you to Charlie and Dee for making our stay so fabulous.

The staff went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It is a top quality retreat for families, groups or individuals. Great pool and the coral coast just footsteps away. We were lucky to have this awesome establishment to ourselves for almost the entire week. We'll be happy to come back!

It wasn't so easy to find the location - we recommeded them to give it a name and put up a sign, as google maps from booking.com showed the wrong location.

Staffs and the owners very friendly, location is very convenient. Near the Maui Jetty, service Station, Supermarket and Restaurant.

To be true there was nothing we didn't like, the Villa is still under construction and it's understandable.

This place is closed permanently. We had to find out another place to stay for the night at 4x the price for the same night. Booking.com, please check with the owners. We felt like we were scamed.

This place is not operating anymore. We had nowhere to stay for the night and had to pay more than 4 x the price for the night at a different location.
