Camere vecchie, sul soffitto si stavano staccando dei pezzi bisogna dare una rinfrescata..letti scomodissimi..camere caldissime aria condizionata non funzionante anzi ogni tanto partiva da solo il riscaldamento fuori 26 gradi, riscaldamento su off lo faccio notare alla receptionist ma non è stato fatto nulla (camera completamente al sole da mezzogiorno

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, great service, strong wi fi, delicious breakfast (cheesecake and chocolate cake are great). I was especially impressed by the care and attentive attitude of staff to the guests of the hotel. There is really a very warm and positive atmosphere) I was satisfied)

Location, we had to take the ferry to Elba and it was just 15 minutes from the harbour
Bathroom was extremely outdated. The shower was horrible with a shower curtain (thought we abandoned them in the 90's).
But, they (allegedly) just opened and are eager to learn for improvements.
