The Hotel was in renovation, without my knowing and WiFi was open sourced, making it unsecured. The shower knob was missing so had to take a bath or body wash instead!! Ice machines were inoperable, had to go downstairs to get management to fill the bucket. Only good was the Bed being very comfortable and room was satisfactory.

The stay experience was horrible from the customer service to the appearance of the inside and outside. The people was very rude. The some of the stuff in the rooms didn’t work. It just was horrible experience.

The customer service is horrible. The wiring is hanging out in view. The lights don't work in the room. The tub gets stopped up and it is hard to go out. The front desk help is horrible. I would not advise anyone to stay here. The microwave didn't work and didn't have a cord. The price was ridiculous. I have stayed at Econo Lodge in other states and the service was excellent.

The plugin in bathroom did not work and blow dryer was on the wall next to it so we could not use it. However the hotel is still under construction.

This stay was honestly better than expected! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, which was about all we cared about. They’re doing renovations right now so it looks a little scary upon entering, but the rooms are in perfect shape. Would definitely recommend! The cards take a couple tries to work usually, but it’s never been more than a couple extra seconds so I personally wouldn’t worry about it at this price. Great overall.

More of a money grab than a decent nights stay.

The hotel is being actively renovated so take things with a grain of salt, but overall the building was well lit, it didnt smell bad, the rooms where clean and had all new amenities, the beds were comfortable enough and there where no bugs, for a cheap night out of town to volunteer for a con, you couldnt of asked for a better situation. the heat worked fine in the room & the shower was hot. at the end of the day it was just as good as any other hotel, and thats all i needed it to be for the price.

Terrible experience. They are changing from Days Inn and at night its hard to see their Econo Lodge sign. Drove around for 30 min trying to find the place. Called the front desk they didn't even know the address or how to explain how to get there to me. The office is a mess during renovations which is understandable but the whole set up is kinda sketchy. The front desk workers are not friendly at all. The key to my door rarely worked. Mike, the day time clerk, was very rude and came into my room while I was changing. I called corporate they did nothing about the situation. The parking lot was no where near full and after staying there I know why. My advice, pay a few more dollars for somewhere else. I felt unsafe, and disgusted the whole time.

They were doing some major remodeling and construction in and around the lobby, which is fine by me for the most part. Now, I've stayed at hotels that were doing similar work and it was no issue. However, at this location they had made no attempt to cover construction areas with plastic sheeting or drop cloths, so you were effectively meandering through a half-finished construction zone/hotel lobby every time you came or went. Otherwise it was exactly what you would anticipate it to be for the price it is, and actually a lot cleaner than expected up in the rooms!!
Oh!!! Pay attention to the part in the listing about no desk attendant between 10pm and 8am. That's actually a real thing, and it's quite inconvenient if you were to lock yourself out of your room at 3:30 in the morning!!

It was a nice stay for one night. The room was very comfortable and service was quick and friendly. It might not be ideal for a longer trip because the renovations going on are pretty intense, and there is no breakfast or house keeping.

If you can overlook the construction that is going on in the front its a nice place to stay, convenient to restaurants and shops in a nice area of town. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Major construction going on. Signage not clear as hotel was a days inn previously. None of the advertised amenities were available (breakfast or the pool) because of the renovations. Work still being done on the hotel after10pm. Dust and debris everywhere.

Hotel is changing from Days Inn to Econolodge. Permanent sign is not in place which made it difficult to find. Clerk could not give directions from nearest major road (Hurstbourne Lane).
Hotel is in the middle of renovations. Indoor pool is not open and free breakfast not provided as a result. Ice machines and expected amenities are not yet in place - clerk at desk retrieves ice upon request. Website and booking sites do not reflect this.
Call hotel before booking room to check amenities:
502) 384-2111.
No flexibility on check-out time without late checkout payment. 11am check-out is 11am check-out.
Corridors and rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable and clean.
Because of the inconveniences created by the renovations it's difficult to give an objective rating but once renovations are complete it should be a very nice hotel for the cost.

I was very annoyed when they charged $20.00 for my girlfriends shitzu. That was not on the rules online.
Otherwise, it was a little noisy inside and outside.

This property is almost completely under construction, no pool no hot tub, all of the lobby is under construction, if your not out by 11 they are beating on the door and coming in. They are rude at the front desk. Highly highly recommend to avoid this place all together

Low only because they are remodeling. It will be great when done. The room had already been done and it was fantastic!

Was sketchy looking. The actual area is not unsafe, some nice hotels were right next door. Parts of the hotel were under construction. The check in desk was in a dilapidated room with tiles falling apart and an irritated looking manager answering phone calls and waiting on ppl in line at same time. Just waiting in line I knew I didn’t want to stay as a single female traveling alone in an unfamiliar area, but their was no way to get my money back. I cut my losses and found a safe, clean and comfortable room at the Marriott two buildings over.

There was only one good thing about this stay. My room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable.
So the hotel is under constuction inside. It a mess and the three days I stayed I did not see anyone working on any of it. There were 2 women that were sitting on a couch outside their rooms, umm seemed to nme to be shaddy, but then I came back from work one night at 8 pm and there was a "working" woman and her "man". Yes this place is THAT kind of hotel. It was scary there. I asked every day(3 days) if they would change my chair at my desk so that I could get some work done and every time they said yes, no problem, but it was never done. he chair that was there was one that belongd in a living room(Think old 70s chair). There was No food of any kind, 2 vending machines but I would be afraid to eat anything out of them. This hotel was the lowest of the low. I know you get what you pay for but damn, it should be a little better then skid row hotel.

I called a month in advance to confirm my reservation and that split pay (between cards) was available. I was told yes. I called again a few days in advance per my email instructions to again confirm my reservation, check in procedures, and that split pay was available. I was again told yes. Upon arrival, I was told split pay was not available and had to pull from funds I did not want to use. Once we got to our room, we discovered the cards had to be swiped multiple times before they would unlock the doors and that the room was not vacuumed. Part of the hotel was being renovated so there was furniture scattered about the parking lot. Other than these small details, the rooms were nice and the location of the hotel was in walking distance to several eateries and shopping centers. There was a roof over our heads the entire time we were away from home and that’s really what mattered to us at the time, since we had had so much car trouble on vacation.

This hotel looked like it was in the middle of transitioning brands. No breakfast was offered, they didnt have any plastic utensils (in case your door dash missed them) and you had to chase down the front desk person to get anything. They also didnt speak English very well so communication was difficult. We also has to request a clean of our room as day 2 of our 5 night stay we were already out of tissues and towels!!! And our trash was over flowing!!! Ac kept the room tolerable in the heat but dont expect it to be cold. Room was very clean on arrival and the bed and pillows were amazing!!! I wanted to takw all the pillows home with me they were so comfy!!! I dont think it was worth the almoat $700 we paid to stay (but everybody inflates prices during events) but we were like 25 minutes from the event venue. The property seemed safe and i had no issues with me and the 2 other young women with me walking back and forth late at night to food or the gas station.

This property and service couldn’t have been worse.
- room door security latch ripped out
- door key card reader doesn’t work
- dryer ripped out of the wall
- outlet sticking out of the wall with wires exposed
- lights in the room don’t work
- no hot water in the bathroom sink
- old couches piled up outside of the building
- dirt and mess everywhere
I asked for an additional towel, was told they are out and to first bring back one dirty one.
I wish I could attach pictures to show you.

Hotel is apparently renovating right now. Lots of couches and furniture outside taking up multiple parking spots that were needed. AC/heat unit in room very old and noisy. Some faceplates missing on outlets. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a little outdated, which hopefully they are adressing with the reno work. A good location, easy access to interstate and main thoroughfares. Decent price point. Overall no real complaints that they don't seem to be already addressing.

Not impressed. Will not return.

Very dirty and smelled of mildew. Thick grainy dust on all surfaces. Had to wipe down everything. Dead bug in tub. Front desk was polite, but a lot of shady clientele in hallways and elevator. Noisy guests until after 3:30 a.m.. As I will never have to stay again and I only slept there I didn’t complain. I also was surprised when I returned to my room the second night that housekeeping hadn’t been in and cleaned and left no new linens at all. No wonder the cost was cheap.

Good quiet hotel. Room smelt funny but overall bed was comfy and plenty of pillows on bed

The stay was ok. They were quick to swap our room because the A/C wasn’t working. ROOM DEPOSITS really need to listed on site so customers aren’t blindsided by the extra charge!!!!!!!!!!
