We loved the updates to the house and the character of the older house as well. The hosts had lots of nice touches for a home rental like a welcome book with suggested restaurants and info about the area, plenty of cleaning supplies in kitchen and even laundry as well as toiletries in shower. Having coffee pods for the Keurig with creamer is another nice touch! When we ran into an issue with the key breaking the owner got us a key quickly! Overall this was a great rental in a location that is easy to walk to uptown Butte establishments and had plenty of room for our bigger group with all of the bedrooms.

Not having a bathroom on the same floor as bedrooms was a bit inconvenient (but typical for an older house so no fault of the owners, just something to be aware of). The stairs could be a bit tricky for older people. There is no air conditioning and the upstairs rooms get quite hot at night. There were no screens on windows to be able to keep them open to cool things down at night without bugs coming in, but they did provide fans in the rooms which was helpful.

The house was well supplied from kitchen to bathroom items, beds very comfortable and appliances were very nice. It was very clean and located in a quiet area and easy to get too. The house is roomy and comfortable.

The bedrooms did not have ceiling fans and could use mirrors in the bedrooms also.
