This place was very clean and cozy. It was in a great location. It was a perfect size to accommodate a family of 8. The staff was very helpful and attentive when I reached out to them. Most of all the place was exactly as advertised which I loved. I definitely recommend.

The only thing I didnt like was checkout was at 10.

A little pricy, but worth the stay, great service and conveniently located in town, near stores, restaurants, and activities. Also, the resort has a huge beautiful free water park on site, eupipped with music restaurant, bar, and snack shop. Quick responses from property manager and maintenance when needed.

Was almost responsible for damage caused to a chair previously before my stay, after speaking with property manager situation was resolved.

I didn’t get the villa I booked. Different villa even though I booked a specific one. Don’t book this villa as you will not get it. Management company tried to blame booking but they knew they were trying to give me a different villa. Booking.com basically non existent customer service to try and resolve. Once there Air con in master suite didn’t work. Couldn’t use ceiling fan as that only worked with light on. Asked to be looked at but never did. Took us 3 days to get a plug for kitchen sink! Pool cold but charges to heat it and also to use bbq extortionate. Those things cost little to provide but take a lot away from the stay.

The bbq is old , not well maintenance and for the price of the house must be included , they charged me 120 dollars. One day I couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. The house need a second unit of ac for downstairs, one isn’t enough for the entire house.

I love the hospitality and the accommodation as we requested an early check in. The house was lovely and the amenities are awesome. Highly recommend

Nice, clean and spacious. Decor was very calming and comfortable. Lots of conveniences right outside of the gates.

Neighbors were a little loud but got better once the left.
