Location for our needs was ideal and it suited us for overnight stay. Place nice and clean with space to move. Proximity to shops suited us as able to walk to them.

Had the expectation of better kitchen facility. Might not have read the detail fully as looking at others at the same time. Expected to be able to do our own meals.

Small bedroom did not have enough AC air coming in

Convenient location, secure unit, plenty of facilities ie: laundry, cooking, Internet (water, coffee, tea, etc.). Owners were VERY flexible and managed to accommodate my changing needs during my stay. Plus, I see accommodation reviews where guests say 'It was like staying with friends', But I felt more like I was staying with 'Mates!'

Parking at the 1st unit was awkward for my van, but broad and much easier at the 2nd unit.

Really nice setup and comfortable bed.

It was close to where we had to go

It's basic. it needs a few things to make it ok. Noise from the area they converted into another unit wasn't great.

no kitchen or lounge room but the ad showed that there was, just a Garage with a couch and table. Could hear through the walls very easily, making getting to sleep challenging.
