Thank you so much for our great stay at Senerity on the Cape. Our group of 10 old college roommates and our spouses all stayed under one roof, it was the first time since our days at a college in Wisconsin 30+ years ago. The house was everything we hoped for and more! The gathering spaces both inside and out allowed us to have time together where we could laugh, tell stories, and reminisce. The PAC MAN game and pool table were brilliant ideas! With all of us growing up in the 80’s & 90’s we loved both of them! The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Reggie was a great host to work with and very informative. If you are looking for a place to stay with a big group, I highly recommend this house!

There were 10 of us total who stayed in both the main house and the mother in law suite. We had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable and enjoy the SO MANY amenities.
The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, sleeping, swimming, etc. My three sons enjoyed fishing from the property and caught some fish that we set free and let them enjoy this beautiful area!
We will love to return to enjoy such a beautiful home again for our family vacation.

The property is fabulous! Right on the canal with a great pool and hot tub. The space was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. We rented a boat for 3 days and kept it at the house. Made our stay so much fun and convenient. Reggie was very easy to get a hold of. Him and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. Rent this property you will not be disappointed.

This place was absolutely what it promised to be. Our Host, Reggie, was meticulous about making sure that we were well taken care of! There was a glitch with the VRBO reservation system and he called me immediately to resolve the issue, the morning after I made the reservation! Also, after my arrival, I had a quick question on the pool heater system and he answered my call and we solved the problem within a couple of minutes. The pool and the spa was so relaxing, one of the best features of the place! Also, playing billiards each night after dinner was really cool!!! I highly recommend this get away!!!

This property is exactly what we hoped it would be. We had 4 families easily stay here, with plenty of room for everyone. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen, living/game room, and pool area make a wonderful gathering place. The check in/out process was easy, the location was great, and communication with the owner was wonderful. Lots of extras— well stocked kitchen (including spices, cooking oil, plastic storage bags, etc.), pool toys and towels, and a great dock to fish or keep a boat. We would definitely recommend this place to others and stay again!

House is set up nicely for group gatherings inside or by the pool. Nice to have enough bathrooms that getting ready for activities was easy. The pool table and Pac Man was additive to the fun too. Great location.

Every year myself and 5 others from high school do a trip, but this year we decided to do a couples trip, resulting in 12 people. This property was everything we needed and more. Every couple had their own room and we had 5 bathrooms to share. Usually when we rent properties etc. They’re commercialized and charge for everything like using the grill or don’t have enough towels, but this one felt like an actual home that we all enjoyed. Reggie answered all my questions una timely manner and we wish we stayed for longer. A potential for next couples trip.

The home is beautiful. Set up perfectly for vacation. From the beautiful aqua blue color of the house and great landscaping to having everything you could need or want to have a good time. The Inlaw suite was perfect for our 22 year old son and his girlfriend
and 2 of their friends. Gave nice privacy. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool table and the pac man machine provided lots of fun and a little competition. The kitchen has everything you could need. We spent many hours in the pool. We loved the location. We did day trips to Sanibel Island, Naples, and Marco Island. We also rented jet skis for a day.
