The house was beautiful and very clean. They had chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cart to get everything to the beach. Beautiful backyard with area to play. We chose to heat the pool which was an easy process. It was a great trip!

We loved our time at Sandy Toes on Rose, the online photos do not do it justice. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and we so appreciated the owners providing everything we needed for a great time at the beach. Having beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella and a cooler for us to use was fantastic. The house has everything for a great vacation. To come back from the beach and relax in the inground pool was so enjoyable. The house was SO clean! We would not have known previous guests had brought their pets if we had not read it in the reviews. There was no pet smell at all. The cleaning staff does a great job. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at this vacation rental exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and plenty of stores nearby. We rented a golf cart and there was very convenient parking at both beach access points. The convenience being so close to the beach made our stay incredibly enjoyable and allowed us to make the most of our time by the water. The amenities were outstanding. This property truly had it all! The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful pool, which provided a refreshing oasis to cool off in after a day spent in the sun. It was impeccably maintained and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The fenced-in backyard provided a safe and secure space for our dogs to play, which was an absolute relief for us as dog owners. It's not often you find a vacation rental that is not only dog-friendly but also offers such thoughtful amenities for our four-legged companions. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The customer service was exceptional. The rental's management team was responsive, accommodating, and eager to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and pet-friendly vacation. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this little slice of paradise!

We could not have been more pleased with this beach vacation home! So roomy and beautifully decorated with beach décor. We loved the split bedroom plan. We were so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked, it even has 2 coffee makers! The location was great being on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach not far from 30A. The private pool and spacious backyard were another big plus. We Highly Recommend Sandy Toes!

We had a wonderful experience and really mean that this place has everything! Beautiful brand new home with “fun-beachy”furnishings, Swimming Pool, only 2 blocks from the Sandy White Beach-what more can you ask for? The hosts were fantastic-they responded immediately to the few questions we had. We will DEF stay here again.

Sandy Toes on Rose had everything we wanted for our beach vacation! It is just a short walk to the beach and being located away from the crowds of the PCB condos it was a wonderful experience for us. Privacy blinds were added to the windows the day of our arrival, so the home is totally private and comfortable. Not only was it beautifully decorated, it's very spacious and very clean, something we always look for when searching for a vacation rental! The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you could want, it even has a Keurig that makes ICED coffee and there is also a Mr. Coffee pot, depending on what type of coffee you prefer. The private backyard with the pool that can be heated, was perfect for our stay in April as the nights were cool, but days were the perfect temp around 80. We are already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend Sandy Toes!
