Bathroom furnishing can be better

clean and comfortable place. got washing machine, steam iron, induction stove, microwave and also refrigerator.

Very easy to get the Key & Key Card.

Safety on the lift is very poor. Be very careful with children in the lift. There are no safety feature on the Door.

Good location, and good facilities.

It was unfortunate that we had a cockroach visit us in the dining area, then went to hid in the bedroom under the bed which we couldn’t get out. We slept VERY UNCOMFORTABLY that night. The lift was also extremely slow during peak hours (avoid those times if possible), but the security guard did their best to escort everyone.

Nice location, easy to find food nearby, good view, kids like the Netflix a lot. Very clean. Agent is fast and friendly, responsive.

Not near to shops or supermarkets

The property is airy, spacious, with nice views and good facilities. The owner is super friendly and fast to reply on text to help us with all queries about the apartment and even Malacca, going as far to book a reservation for us. Highly recommend.

It is quite out of the way so you do need to take a taxi there and back, but Grab is so affordable so not really an issue.

The staff was very responsive, immediately contacted me through what’s app once I booked the unit, given very clear instructions, smooth check in and check out.

The unit is new, clean and high floor Huge swimming pool with kids pool overlooking the beach Nearby Jonker Street, 15 mins

Should have basic cleaning staff such as broom, dustpan and mop. Kitchen utensil very basic

The view was so nice, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Can repeat for next time family staycation. 😃. Keep it up 👍

It will be perfect if have the washing machine. Parking need to be careful if use big car because the space a bit narrow.

- House is super clean - Bed is super duper comfy - House is new, cosy and very stylish - Water heater in both bathroom - Very detailed and easy check in instructions - Got Netflix - Got time wifi - Nice view of in land Melaka - Super close to everything, McD, Starbucks, street food, malls etc everage 5-10 mins - Got swimming pool (didn't go but looked nice) - Detailed instructions to parking at lvl 3 - 8 lifts, so u won't need to wait long - Got hair dryer and clothes iron - clean and comfy towel

Hmm.. Its not that I don't like, more like I wish it's available so it will be better.. - broom, so that I can help sweep abit - some instant coffee That's it.. But it's already nice without all these..

Owner and the facilities were soooo nice.

The bad thing is the location, we try to order by food panda but no food panda, we search for grab food but the grab shows a confusing location setting. The owner put a clause, the house cannot be so messy and will give a penalty but no broom is provided. we cannot clean the mess rather than use the tissue to clean it.

There's no tea or coffee available as usual service apartment in Klang valley or Selangor. other than that, & location quite far from town, the new apartment is excellent.

Clean, comfortable. The host was easy to reach and responsive. Check in instructions were clear and process was easy.

It was not a problem for us because we drive. But this place would be inconvenient if you don't have your own transport.

House is clean and very comfortable.

The second bedroom has bunk beds instead of a queen-sized bed.

The host Darren is a nice person. He let us have an early check in. It was very helpful than waiting in the car. New condo, short distance from central attractions, quiet place, nice scenery, comfortable beds, clean.
