The staff is Exelent. Very courteous

The breakfast was a strict continental breakfast. But in the competition with other hotels, this is just too basic. The beds were quite good and the pool was deep. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

The Wi-Fi went out the last 2 days. Not good.

Location was very good. Personal were friendly.

It’s very old and you can see that in every detail. The owner/ manager doesn’t do a lot of renovations. The carpet smells and the bed is not comfortable. Breakfast is also very poor compared to other 3star hotel in mendoza (I stayed in one more and it was 100 times better). Also I don’t like the fact that you have to provide the keys at the reception when you leave the hotel.

Few options for breakfast no thermostat for a/c. Instead had to call into reception to have it turned on/off. Not the most convenient option especially during the night.

Secure parking of my motorcycle.

Air condition not working. The breakfast does not include eggs or yoghurt. WIFI not working in room. I had to sit in the lobby when using WIFI.
