Not much.
No amenities, like coffee, shampoo, etc.

Staff was really cordial and accommodating.
I could hear the crazy’s walking by in the middle of the night, shouting at the top of their lungs. Also there’s a strip cub directly across the street so , maybe not the best for families.

Was in a sketchy neighborhood and the room was outdated and smelled dusty.
Pretty much everything but it served it's purpose to sleep and shower.

Very nice management, comfortable, clean rooms, nice sized fridge, very comfortable beds and pillows.

Friendy greeting in the office, helpful person when checking in and checking out.
Bathroom towels are paper thin, only 1 wash cloth. Weird water-heater closet in the room, surrounded by plywood and locked with a padlock. No coffee pot or kettle standard in room?

The price seemed a little high for room size and location. Only gripe, honestly.

Place was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The room had both a refrigerator and a microwave.
There are not the small amenities some places have, such as shampoo and blow dryer.
