Probably a great Party House for a bunch of young party animals but not Professionals with children. The Only th+ing good about this Apartment was it could sleep upto 8 people and it's location to Bondi Beach. It looked older when I booked from the photo's and said it was small pet friendly. We never expected there to be so many things that were either broken or didn't work. Needs some maintenance Jules! When you pay $8k+ for 7 nights you expect there to be batteries in remotes! And if there's batteries for them to actually work! You expect more than 1 key for a 4 Bedroom Apartment. I have photo's of all the broken things but no where to load them up.

Key Lock Box was broken and as there is no parking onsite we had to stand in the rain trying to gain access to key lock box until we gave up and made repeated calls to the Host. Eventually the Host called back and sent the owner around with 1 Key for the 4 of us. Lock Box was still broken a week later when we checked out. The Courtyard was filthy and hadn't been cleaned months. Toilet was broken, bedroom door and lounge room door handles broken. Couldn't close these doors or you'd be trapped in the room. Ceiling Fan remotes either didn't have batteries or didn't work and the 2 fans that did work only 1 worked with the light off. Cooling was transportable cooler vent to an open window, therefore you couldn't close the window it was vented to or put the blind all the way down to keep the noise and sunlight out in the mornings. Laundry Tub Door broken off, chest draws in bedroom top draw broken off. The actual Apartment itself was clean just a rip off for the price. A great Party House for a bunch of Young Party Animals although they wouldn't be able to afford to stay here. When we contacted the Host upon check out asking for a partial refund we were advised we should have contacted them and they would have had them fixed. We contacted them the 1st day about the Key Lock Box being broken and it was still broken when we checked out 7 days later. Having 1 key between 4 people with no lock box meant you had to negotiate who was taking the key everytime we left the apartment. I was told flatly I'd get no refund or credit. Host & Owner have taken advantage of Guests. At these prices we have a right to expect things to work and not broken or falling apart. That Batteries are in remotes and working. Given this Apartment sleeps more than 8 people in 4 Bedrooms, 1 key between everyone was a joke. If the lock box had been fixed we could have put that 1 key in there everytime we went out so someone could get back in when they returned.
