This condo was great! We stay at a lot of rentals and very rarely does the unit live up to the pictures and description but this one did. It was super clean, came with everything you would ever need in the kitchen and the furniture was almost all new. Laundry was great as well. Location was awesome. The private beach area was never too crowded. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The communication from the owner was excellent and they checked on us several times to be sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The owner provided paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, small toiletries to start us off. Kitchen was very well stocked, all the dishes you would need, spices and even Kuerig cups! It was so nice being able to move in and enjoy the place without running to the store our first night. The owners are very attentive, checked in to make sure we had what we need and let us extend our checkout since no other tenant was behind us. The condo is as lovely as the pictures present! We have never had such a great experience renting a condo and would definitely stay again.

This condo is beautiful! The location is excellent, right on the beach and the hot tub and pool were wonderful. The condo was clean and the property manager was easy to reach and even contacted us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We were extremely happy with it and would stay there again when we go back to Florida!

Great living space for all 9 of us, including 3 yr old and 8 month old. Weather was great. Great view from 2nd floor balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking pool and the gulf.
Enjoyed the heated pool all week and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for families.
Condo was great- clean and had all quality beds. Had everything we needed and easy access to local restaurants.

He had a great stay at this location. Eric was very good at communicating quickly and offered early check in and late check out since it was available. That’s a huge bonus when you can’t really control your flight arrival times and want to make the most out of your stay. Eric even let us borrow his paddle board since it was available which was a huge bonus. Walking distance (0.5 miles) to a couple restaurants. Everywhere else was only a max 10 min drive to other great restaurants. (Dockside Dave’s - best grouper sandwich, broke n bored, sea breeze, to name a few. Also for putt putt I would recommend smugglers cove Indian shores location had the more fun and challenging course. Would recommend to a friend.

We had a wonderful stay oct 22-27, 2023. The owner was very accommodating as we were traveling with 2 infants. 2 pack n plays were provided for us. There was also everything needed for the beach (umbrella, cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels and even a wagon). The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our party and even soap/shampoo were provided. We have visited Indian Shores many times and this condo will be our new "go to condo" when coming to the area. We had an amazing time! The condo was very nice and clean. The owner was professional and ready to help with anything from check in to recommendations. Wonderful to walk right out to the beach in the mornings.

Wow! This condo unit was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious & equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is a whole closet full of things for the beach-chairs, umbrella, cooler & toys. Nice balcony that overlooks both the pool & gulf. Enjoyed sitting out in the mornings with coffee & in the evening we had amazing sunsets. Pool area had plenty of lounge chairs & umbrella tables. The homeowner was great & quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay owners were very accommodating my wife and mother in law have allergies to smells and the personally cleaned the unit with scent free cleaners unit is very clean and nicely remodeled and very close to the beach great for a family vacation and the owner text frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and even stopped by one day to drop of a welcome gift will definitely be back to stay again

Stay was wonderful. Eric is as polite, responsive and professional. Pool area was nice. Grills available. The beach is the best. Soft sand and hard sand bottom with sand bar. Warm water and walkable beach. Chairs and umbrella provided. Wonderful stay.

We had a nice stay at the beach cottages. It had a great view of the beach and the room is conveniently located in the building for easy pool and beach access.

The property was spacious, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. There’s even a grill at the pool overseeing the beach that we took full advantage of. The property manager, Eric, was super helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. :)

Just got back from a week's stay and we had a wonderful time. I really can't say enough nice things about the condo - it is beautiful, well-kept and spotless. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We could watch the kids in the pool plus enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. There are beach towels, beach chairs, toys and coolers available to use. This was a really nice feature since we were flying and didn't have to run out and purchase these things when we arrived. We didn't have any issues at all while we were there. Arrival and departure instructions were provided and easy to follow. The owner did text several times to see if we needed anything. He even stopped by one day and brought us some goodies. Overall, a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning.

It was great had a lot beach towels chairs which was nice !!! Anything I asked for the owner did no problems! Very clean and pretty!!! Will stay again for sure !!! Great location !! Beautiful water and beach!!!! Won’t be disappointed if you book this!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as listed. Eric was a text away, even though we didn’t have any issues! Comfortable beds, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.
