This property is immaculate and beautifully appointed. Clearly professionally decorated with many touches geared towards enabling guests’ convenience. This townhouse is brand new in the heart of downtown Woodstock (restaurants, shops, cryotherapy, orange theory, yoga, etc.). The host was extremely responsive and it felt like they truly cared about our comfort during our stay. 5 gold stars.

This is a lovely townhome located at the southern end of Old Woodstock in Woodstock, GA. It is beautifully furnished and very roomy. I found the furniture in the living area to be very comfortable, and the bed I slept in in the master bedroom was great. One dedicated parking space is out front. The hosts are very responsive and pleasant. I can testify to the fact that the air conditioning worked perfectly, because I visited during the hottest part of a Georgia summer! I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic townhome, location and host were great to work with. Great communication and extremely attentive. Easy walking distance from downtown. Lots of restaurants, live music, shopping downtown.
Very clean and comfortable place. Everything was as advertise. The host was very considerate to have the place stocked with the essentials.
Very new area of townhomes around. Highly recommend this place!

We walked downtown Woodstock all three nights that we stayed. The neighbors are friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. The only criticism we had was limited dishes and pots and pans for cooking and no way to clean them (dishwasher detergent).
Trena was very responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

Pros:
- New unit
- Very clean
- Comfy bed
- Nice shower upstairs
- Designated parking out front in an otherwise busy area
- Walkable to coffee shops/restaurants in downtown Woodstock
- Very responsive owner
Cons:
- Unit address was wrong on VRBO and made it hard to find (I shared this with the owner and suspect this will be fixed quickly)
- Very uncomfortable couch in the living room
- Unit lacks good light and the only option to go outside is to sit on the curb
A few things that would help make the stay more comfortable for future guests:
- Add a kitchen table (vs. just the counter stools)
- Provide basic supplies to cook (i.e., salt, pepper, olive oil/spray)
- An outdoor chair to sit outside would be nice
- Replace the couch
There was a neighbor playing loud music at 2am on one of the days I was there, but I chalk this up to the holiday weekend. It's an otherwise quiet complex.
