Property was lovely and clean and well thought out, catered for all your needs

Noisy next door neighbours playing loud music until early hours of the morning, waking both myself and my partner and my 8 year old preventing us from staying out full duration

Tidy and fit for purpose

Perfect location for exploring Hemsby, Great Yarmouth and Caister-on-Sea. Parking outside which was a bonus and within walking distance to Hemsby beach/arcades. Just turn right out of the site then right down blackmarket lane and right at the end of the lane.... Takes about 10 minutes. If you want to play Bingo but have children under 18yrs walk left out of the complex and go to The Oasis. The Smokehouse Restaurant is fantastic for dinner but very big portions and worth booking. Also The Boathouse is another good restaurant. Well equipped and laid out. Modern and comfortable beds.

Recommend taking your own duvets as the ones supplied were stained. Didn't realise the fridge was turned down so wasn't very cold until I worked it out! The emersion heater was turned off too so no hot water until I realised. Site itself a little tired but has potential to be really lovely but only used as a base so no real big problem.

Lovely clean and bright accommodation. Felt very comfortable

The areas around the chalet was covered in cigarette ends. Not really the owners fault of course but maybe ash trays outside chalets would help a bit.

Plenty of room and everything we needed was there.

Too far away from the main part of Hemsby, well it was for us anyway.
