This is a great apartment hotel. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, wifi and air conditioning work well. The location is great. It's a 5 minute walk downhill to the boardwalk with many restaurants. There's a grocery store next door. The kitchen is quite well equipped although we only made breakfasts.
The only complaint is that the bathroom is quite small.

Good option to stay in the city centre. Everything is near. Beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Terrace upstairs is amazing and gives you incredible view. Yaşar bey thanks for everything.

The location is very good, not far from the city centre and all local sights and very calm, no noise at night. Near the hotel are local food market, pharmacy, super market. The beach is in 1 minute walk, the cruise port is at walk distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had 2 single beds and 2 couches. The kitchen is good, it will be nice to have more cups there. The bathroom was small, but clean. We had a small terrace with table. The owner Izan was very honest and helpful. He helped us with very good transfer for reasonable price to the airport. We liked the hotel very much!
