We rented a spacious apartment with three bedrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linen. A large living room in which we watched movies in the evenings. A gorgeous terrace on the street, where we had breakfast and sunbathed. A magnificent swimming pool, available when renting an apartment. Premium location, best view of Koh Samui. Convenient parking.

Well lit apartment, comfy bed, walking distance to the beach. If you like well lit apartments with big windows and slightly more modern furniture this is for you. It helps a lot to drive a motorbike however since taxis are required due to being on semi remote location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Residence and are excited to share our experience. The stunning views of the property location in serene and walk to the beach made it a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. I was immediately captivated by the views overlooking a pristine and sandy beach. The very well maintained property and inviting grand entrance creates a warm and welcoming from the get go. We stayed in the ocean villa which was spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The large comfortable beds made for restful nights and the private balcony provided a breathtaking view of the sea. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place for any property.

Very nice place - only 200 meter walk to the beach, amazing sea view from our terrace and pool area, very clean and the host is very kind. I highly recommend The Beach Residence to anyone, great experience. I will be back for a longer stay next time, thank you Phil!

Make sure to contact the owner about your room type before making any payment as it’s non refundable. We’re a family of four from the Uk was expected to be in the room that shows on the website but we got a different room instead. Not sure why the owner not uploaded all the different types of rooms. The one we got is still a great view nice and super clean room but I don’t recommend it to anybody with children under 8 years old as it’s not safe with an open balcony! Also it would be great if there is a hair dryer in the room.

I only stayed 1 night but it was wonderful. Amazing sea view to the beach, good quiet location and the bed are excellent :)

My wife and kids loved this place, we had a big 3bedroom villa with a huge terrace overlooking Thongson Bay Beach, we were so lucky to see dolphins swimming into the bay one morning while eating breakfast from our terrace, the view is exceptional. The owner was really welcoming and made us feel home immediately, he even gave us super recommendations on food places and sightseeing.

Stunning modern villa 5 min away from one of the most beautiful beach of samui. Honestly the view from the unit is speechless, we will be back soon, thank you guys for made our holiday even more special with all your advices.

I highly recommend this place, Philip the owner is very kind and helpful! The Residence is really amazing, luxury and super clean - the beds was also very good quality, I slept so well and woke up every morning to the most stunning sea view while laying in bed and only a small walk down to the beach through a private path. Enjoy!

So beautiful/modern place and the ocean view was incredible, you feel like you can jump in the ocean from the terrace!! We walked down to the beach from our villa, took 5 minutes, also the owner was super kind and helpful. Next time I will book this place for my whole holiday. Thanks again!
